Good News! Iceland soon bankrupt, government in chaos! -
02-19-2010, 12:26 PM
Thank you, Jesus!
He has heard our prayers and is moving across the waters to strike down the Icelandic people. Even as we enjoy our morning coffee, here in Iowa, the Icelandic newspapers are bristling with the fear and trembling that comes from learning that the US will not intervene in the squabble Iceland is having with England and the Netherlands.
Tough Luck, Charlies! You'll soon be bankrupt and internationally destitute... Do you regret, yet, your rejection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?
Quote:
Were afraid of a national bankruptcy in 2011
FRIDAY, 19 FEBRUARY 2010 06:04
Einar Gunnarsson, undersecretary of the ministry of foreign affairs, and Kristjan Guy Burgess, assistant of the minister of foreign affairs had a meeting with Sam Watson, who runs the embassy of the United States of America here in Iceland since there has not been set a new ambassador.
In a confidential document which was sent from the embassy to the American government, and published at the website Wikileaks last night, is a reference by Einar that if things go the worst way possible in the Icesave case could Iceland become bankrupt next year. Einar and Kristjan said that the Icelandic government needs international support in its battle against England and Netherlands. Watson said that the American government is going to keep its neutrality in this case.
In the memo is also a quote of Einar and Kristjan that such neutrality is in fact impossible when two large countries are repressing a small country.
In the document also says that Watson had met with Ian Whiting, ambassador of England in Iceland. There is a quote of Whiting where he says that the English government has had misleading messages from the Icelandic government. At first they had spoken about the referendum but then they want new contracts.

Amen! I shall pray a little reminder to Jesus that, once He arrives, He breathe though His mouth; lest the stench of maggoty polar bear corpses, beheaded penguins and clubbed baby seals offend His Holy Nostrils.
Of course, Icelanders love to wallow in such stinking filth, and are immune to the smell.

Shout Glory everyone! Our Prayers are being answered! Within 3 years Iceland will be for sale for less than the cost of the new carpeting in our church mezzanine.
Any suggestions what we could do with it? Maybe we could use it as America's penal colony once Sarah Palin is elected as President. GITMO is too cozy for the queer terrorists we'll be arresting.
Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:

I like your Thinking Pastor. Could we also send all the sodomite's and lesbos there? They all are on the path to Hell, lets get them as close to the entrance as possible. We could call it God's expressway to HELL!

I'm going to pray that Obama doesn't send them 27 billion dollars to help bail them out.

If Iceland goes fully bankrupt, does this mean they'll have to shut down production of Bjorks? Praise! Shout glory!
O Lord our God, help us to tear their soldiers to bloody shreds with our shells; help us to cover their smiling fields with the pale forms of their patriot dead; help us to drown the thunder of the guns with the shrieks of their wounded, writhing in pain; help us to lay waste their humble homes with a hurricane of fire; help us to wring the hearts of their unoffending widows with unavailing grief; help us to turn them out roofless with little children to wander unfriended the wastes of their desolated land in rags and hunger and thirst, sports of the sun flames of summer and the icy winds of winter, broken in spirit, worn with travail, imploring Thee for the refuge of the grave and denied it--for our sakes who adore Thee, Lord, blast their hopes, blight their lives, protract their bitter pilgrimage, make heavy their steps, water their way with their tears, stain the white snow with the blood of their wounded feet! We ask it, in the spirit of love, of Him Who is the Source of Love, and Who is the ever-faithful refuge and friend of all that are sore beset and seek His aid with humble and contrite hearts. Amen.
God being truth, justice, goodness, beauty, power, and life, man is falsehood, iniquity, evil, ugliness, impotence, and death. God being master, man is the slave. Incapable of finding justice, truth, and eternal life by his own effort, he can attain them only through a divine revelation... he who desires to worship God must harbor no childish illusions about the matter, but bravely renounce his liberty and humanity.

Praise The LORD! Lets hope our demonstration of the power of prayer will save some of their souls.

It's no surprise that a third-world country like Iceland is bankrupt. There is a shrinking market in penguin eggs and polar bear fur. Besides, have you ever heard of an eskimo who had smart financial sense? Quick...name one famous eskimo who is rich. Heck, name any famous eskimo!
Perhaps one day Iceland will embrace True Christianity™ and become civilized. I am thinking since we had success with our mission to Australia, perhaps we could start a new one in Iceland? Savages like Icelandic eskimos are actually very easy to convert.

Excellent suggestion Brother. Let's see if we can't get a Mission to Iceland organized for Easter. Maybe we can teach these savage eskimos to respect Jesus and stop worshiping their Thor demon.
I'm ready to convert the whole Godforsaken rock to True Christianity™!

Hate to burst your bubble but Iceland's economy is on the rise again . It seems that having well educated public and a surrounding sea full of the Good Lords fish is going to save them out of this pickle. Not only that but they also seem to have rights to the biggest oil regions in the world. Who knew there'd be so much oil that close to Hell's entrance? If all goes according to predictions they'll have more money then all the arabic oil states combined!!

On the rise? Did the iceland GDP double because someone found some coins in their couch?
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

Eh, having to pay the English and the Dutch 5 billion is not exactly "on the rise again".

There are fewer so-called "people" in Iceland (320,000) than there are in Bakersfield, California (321,000). The least populous state in the US (Wyoming) has almost double the number of people as Iceland. There are nearly 1000x as many people in the United States as there are in Iceland. The United States spends more on its military than every other country in the world combined.
So how long do you think Iceland would keep their oil and sovereignity if any valuable oil deposits are discovered? My guess is about three hours.

The Dutch and the British decided, on their own, to settle these Icesave accounts. They did so without consulting our government. They have tried to bully us into paying them back with high interest rates by using their terrorist act laws and abusing their power within IMF. That has not worked and it will not work because the Icelandic people won't be bullied into something they have no obligations to do. The failed bank's properties will cover about 90-95% of the loss. The Dutch and British are welcome to it and we can negotiate about the rest.
I´m sorry guys but we're not going bankrupt over here.

That's right! I forgot about the smooth sailing the US has been having on the war front. Your huge success in Iraq and your quick resolution in Afghanistan. You're on a roll! I sure hope it hasn't put a strain on your economy You can get away with attacking evil eastern dictators but not even your government is stupid enough to attack a small, defenseless, Nordic country. Sorry, stick you big guns somewhere else. They don't scare us over here.

It takes time to kill the 31 million Iraqis and 28 million Afghanis through collateral damage alone (we can't just gas them, because some idiot liebral congress passed some law about war crimes or some such bullshit). How long do you think 0.3m eskimos will last? Remember in Iraq we managed to wipe out over a million ragheads in a year, even the most extreme left terrorist-sympathizing NGOs admit to that.
Leviticus 26:15-16
And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

Yes. You've been quite busy, I'll give you that. But you know you can't bomb us. Even if you really, really, really want to. Despite our apparent "eskimoe heritage", we dress like you, we talk like you, we even sing and dance like. One youtube video of an Icelandic child dancing to and singing your national anthem and your whole nation will go: "Oohh! How Cute!"
We´ll launch our warfare though the media, Oprah Winfrey, The Today Show etc. We know that once your public sees something on TV, they believe it and they'll never allow you to bomb one of their own.
But then again, if they do, I'd guess it would take you maybe 20 seconds to wipe us out...?
