He also let us know that this is a good thing:
Luke 6:22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake.

Wait, let me guess -- those verses are meant to be taken symbolically too, right?

Actually, I'm leaving because you guys are a bunch of radical right-winged bigots who constantly think in circles. No use arguing anymore when all you do is blab about how good you are whatever.

By the way, just because many hate the Baptists doesn't mean Jesus is being persecuted. Catholics, Episcopalians, Presbyterians, Lutherans, and others don't even face as much talk about being nut-jobs as you people do. Hell, you guys are white supremacists, talking trash about other races as if yours is any better. You're hateful prejudicial people.

Your problem is with God's Holy Word, not us. Don't think of us as somehow evil just because we follow the Holy Bible literally.
