There is a company that drills for oil based on predictions consistent with Biblical Flood Geology -
07-03-2017, 07:08 PM
It hasn't found any oil yet... but, it's a good lesson for everyone to trust the Word of God and not man's science.
Zion Oil and Gas
Quote:
"God creates this. He provides the money and the place where to drill. Now why we haven't got the oil yet, I don't know. I have never drilled one oil well I didn't expect to find oil," says John Brown, Zion founder & CEO.
He's a hulking, 73-year-old evangelical Christian who went to Israel, had a religious experience, came back and sold his business in Michigan, then started Zion with no prior experience in the oil industry.
|
A lack of experience, technical knowledge, or even common sense didn't stop Noah from building the Ark
when called upon by the LORD. And the similarities don't stop there ( PBS):
Quote:
"I was an alcoholic that God saved, took me from being in the tool business and sent me to Israel and told me he was gonna do something. Zion Oil & Gas was nothing. I didn't even think about something like that at that point," Brown says.
|
So how exactly does John Brown do the science? By reading and believing the Holy Bible of course!
Quote:
[The answer to "where should we drill for oil"] is found in the most "overlooked" source of geological information available to mankind today ... the Bible! The archaeologists have found the Bible to be their unerring guide to hidden treasures ... Why cannot the geologists utilize the same "tool" to find this oil?
So we searched the Bible and found numerous occasions where, I believe, the Bible in describing the division of the Land of Israel among the sons of Jacob - commencing in Genesis (Chapter 49) when Jacob on his deathbed summons His sons and says "Gather yourselves together, that I might tell you that which shall befall you in the LAST DAYS" (Genesis 49:1) and concluding in Deuteronomy (Chapters 32 and 33) with Moses' song of praise of G-d and his blessings of the twelve tribes as G-d prepares him to view the "Promised Land" which HE had given to HIS chosen "Children of Israel" - makes direct reference to the existence of OIL in Israel.
|
John Brown explains in more detail in his vision given directly by the Lord thy God:
Quote:
THE VISION ... The Oil Of Is'ra-el
ONE … The Prayer
"Moreover concerning a stranger [John Brown], that is not of thy people Israel, but cometh out of a far country [U.S.A.] for thy name's sake: (for they shall hear of thy great name, and of thy strong hand, and of thy stretched out arm); when he shall come and pray towards this house; hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and do according to ALL that the stranger calleth to thee for [Oil for Israel]: that all the people of the earth may know thy name, to fear thee, as do thy people Israel and that they may know that this house, which I have builded, is called by thy name." (1 Kings 8:41-43).
TWO … The Instructions
"And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the Lord your God and to serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul, that I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the early rain and the late rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine OIL [the OIL of Israel]." (Deuteronomy 11:13-14)
THREE ... The Evidence
"Then thou shalt see, and flow together, and thine heart shall fear, and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be converted unto thee, the forces of the Gentiles shall come unto thee." (Isaiah 60:5)
These three specific sets of instructions received by John Brown in 1983 from G-d while in the land of Israel, were a consuming "fire" which has been born by him through the years for the exact purpose that G-d first lit it in his heart! Today, G-d continues to confirm, by HIS Word, the reality of HIS promise when HE also promised …
"For surely there is an end; and thy expectation shall not be cut off." (Proverbs 23:18)
|
Of course nay-sayers will say this is not evidence, as there has yet to be any actual oil, but John Brown is using evidence in the Biblical sense: Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1
In other words, faith gives us evidence for things that haven't come to fruition... yet! But we know they will because Jesus keeps His promises!

That is deep, Sister Mary. I have no doubt whatsoever this man will find oil. There could be no better source in information than the Bible itself.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

God clearly doesn't like solar power because he wants people to search for oil.

What a great find! And how encouraging, that God leads science and geology in this way. As new mineral deposits are revealed in accordance with His will the so often required rare metals will be available as required, just as He promised. It makes me smile when I hear about godless prospectors and geologists running around looking for stuff.
MATTHEW 6 . KJV . context . more here
8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him,
When it's needed God will make it available. In the case of Israel's ownership of all Levantine natural resources I would like to remind potential investors to check out the genealogies of CEO's in every case.
DEUTERONOMY 10 . KJV . look up
9 Wherefore Levi hath no part nor inheritance with his brethren; the LORD is his inheritance, according as the LORD thy God promised him.

I have no doubt God will also provide water to those Christian societies living in the desert and cause Muslims to die of thirst. Look at what God did for Moses--put him out there in the desert for decades but made sure his people had food and water.
Then, look at what God did in the United States. People moved into the California desert and God provided water. The people of Orange County are grateful to God and vote Republican.

I think that the mockers have failed to understand that John Brown has been addressed, personally by God. This is very rare. Statistically, it as rare as a man of his age going completely mad. It is also “Awe inspiring” when God speaks to you.
(As an aside, I remember waking in the night and hearing a voice that was telling me that if Mrs Bathfire tired to attack me, I should move to Saudi Arabia so I could give her a good beating without having to worry too much. Although it turned out not to be God – it was Pat Robertson on his 700 Club program, the radio alarm had gone off at the wrong time. – nevertheless, I can attest to the Awesome Inspiration that the voice gave me.)
Back to John Brown, who is probably not related at all to the one whose “body lies a-moldering in the grave,”: People easily overlook the Power of God. If you drill somewhere – in fact, anywhere – God will simply put oil beneath that very spot and in Biblically large amounts.
I refer you to Jesus turning water into wine.
There is always the possibility, however, that God will tell John Brown to wait. Even at Mr Brown’s age, waiting strengthens the character and teaches us patience and humility. Except, I suppose when you’re in line waiting to be served and some asshole is buying assorted items with a credit card that refuses to work.
Isaiah 40:31 but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
We cannot discount the vague possibility that Mr Brown has upset God in some way in the past and thus God is not going to go through with the idea of oil. This is rare, but does happen.
2Th:2:8: And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2Th:2:9: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
2Th:2:10: And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
2Th:2:11: And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
Nevertheless, any one of the above will be proof positive, if it be needed, that God talks and listens to us, and therefore must exist and love us.

From the OP, no, not yet:
Quote:
God creates this. He provides the money and the place where to drill. Now why we haven't got the oil yet, I don't know.

But keep in mind, Noah built a boat for a hundred years before it rained!
Glory!

There seems to be oil all over the Middle East, and I have a hard time believing that Jesus would just give it to the mooselimbs and not the Jews.
On the other hand, what the Bible (KJV1611) might have been referring to is olive oil.
If you have a diesel car you can apparently run it on vegetable oil - including olive oil.
Hell's foundations quiver at the shout of praise;
brothers, lift your voices, loud your anthems raise.
...and get off my lawn
