I've been at my sister's all night and she was playing a CD by a pop band called "Kanye and the Wests", or something similar. One of these rap combos where entertainers without the talent to sing just talk over music and pretend that's equally acceptable.

Well, the language in that CD - you simply wouldn't believe. S word this and mother f word that. Unbelievable. And constant use of the n word. I rebuked my sister on it, saying she shouldn't listen to such racist music. But to my amazement it turns out that this man is, himself a nigra!

She claimed that he was talking about poverty in the US's nigra population and then looked like I was the unreasonable one when I pointed out that its no wonder they're poor when they swear so much - who would give them a job?

But anyway. I just wanted to give out a warning. Apparently a lot of this rapping music is similarly filled with obscenities and racism. I don't profess to be an expert but I'd be amazed if any of it is suitable for True Christians. Be wary.

That was inspirational. I must find more of their music. I refuse to use Amazon - a website named after a race of warrior women who abducted men for the S-E-X, no thanks - so it takes me a while to get new CDs but they are certainly worth the search.

I'll be singing that to myself all night.

Also, Saint James is a good Christian rapper. He has words that are actually understandable, doesn't glorify "the thug life", and doesn't buy into the rap culture. He has one album (Saint James: The True Story). He's one of the few artists Daddy lets me listen to.

He sounds dangerously papist to me though. Not that I don't trust you, but being forced to ship my CD player over to Freehold for a blessing by the pastors would seriously cut into my tithing and I'm anxious to avoid it if at all possible.

These rapping bands are bad enough, but it gets even worse when the boys start break dancing to it. All those young men rolling on the floor, swinging their legs around in the air. I don't allow my nephew to break dance when he's in my house, I can assure you that. He doesn't even try because he knows better.

A lot of break "dancers" are an absolute wreck. They're absolutely rampant in the city
