Jesus never said these words.
God, the Father, gave these civil rules (also the ceremonial) to His chosen tribe the Jews a long while ago.

It was ment for that time, not for ours. The moral rules (the ten commandments) still stand, Jesus fulfilled them by keeping them all, and die for our mistakes according to that law.

Where is this in the BIBLE? Where does Jesus tell "Now it is time to finish obeying these rules, but THESE rules you still have to obey"
