Some Thoughts from Your Mayor on the Word, "Perfect". -
08-09-2014, 11:28 PM
I've had this on my mind for a while now and feel a calling to share it with everyone in Freehold.
The other day I was shaking hands at the Freehold Senior Citizen Center. I was last in line to pay the fifty cents for my coffee. A smiling young lady making change took my two quarters and said, "Perfect". As it does whenever someone takes my exact change or a simple order in a restaurant and says, "Perfect", I got annoyed. No one else was in line behind me so I gave the young lady a bit of my thinking on use of the word, "Perfect".
Do you realize, I asked her, we are all born sinners? Eve persuaded Adam to commit the original sin at the beginning of our time. Sin has grown with each generation since then until today our culture is so soaked in sin it smells like a dump ground. The world is not "perfect", far from it.
Today, several homers will get married. Is this "perfect"? The Bible tells us homerism is a sin and people do it anyway. Is that "perfect"?
We have a President who is turning away from capitalism where people work to socialism where people sleep all day. Is that "perfect".
The correct response to my two quarters would be, "thank you", not "perfect". When we have a world that is free of sin things will be perfect.
Another couple came up to pay for coffee. The young woman said, Thank you, Mayor. I had not thought of all that.
It's my hope we in Freehold reserve our use of the word "Perfect" to God, Jesus and to those of us who are True Christians™.
Thanks for listening. Thanks, too, for allowing me to be your Mayor.

Mayor,
I completely agree with you! My father always disciplines my family if we referred to anything or anyone besides God or a True Christian (he keeps a list in his house) as perfect. Just a question from my stupid, female mind, is something that is Bible approved, truly Republican and American perfect, so long it has not been defaced by liberals and homos?

That is a profound question, Elizabeth. I'm afraid it would have to answered by one of our pastors.
I liked your qualification, "so long as it has not been defaced by liberal and homos." People who use the word, "perfect", constantly need to recognize that most of our society is tainted with sin by the dark sins of homers and liberals.

My Precious Sister in the Lord Jesus:
Our world holds many things that seem to be perfect on the surface. Certainly if something is approved by the Scriptures, has a solid Republican basis and is purely American, it would seem to be perfect, right? But let's think about it in terms of our Savior's mindset.
He was and is the only true, perfect creature in the entire history of the world. He was sinless, blameless, and although He was tempted in all manner of sin, He did not succumb to any temptation. None.
Many consider my pie to be perfect. Almost every man that has dined upon its moistness and sweet taste left feeling completely satisfied. But is it truly perfect? What if one of the ingredients - even one - was not 100% as it should be? In the joy of eating it, one might overlook a small discrepancy, but it would still not be perfect.
I believe the only way to determine perfection is to ask Jesus about it. He will speak to you through the Holy Ghost and will give you discernment sufficient to make a decision. Perhaps a better mindset would be to ensure your own attempt to walk perfectly before the Lord rather than worrying about the perfection of others or other things. You see, my dearest young friend, all that matters to a Christian woman is to be sure that she pleases her God, her husband, and her father. All else is naught. Christ smiles on you, sweetheart, I just know He does - due to your constant desire to be pleasing and humble before Him.
Trust in His guidance, dear. Be a good daughter and sister through service to our Savior. Let all you do glorify His Holy Name.
May He pour out rich blessings upon you and your entire family.
In True Christian™ Love,
NRL

Mayor JJ,
Is this an election year? Just wondering? You never take down your election billboard on the Hiway so it is hard to keep track.
1 Chronicles 16:15
Be ye mindful always of his covenant; the word which he commanded to a thousand generations ... an everlasting covenant.
Proverbs 30:5,6: Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.
Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

So the homers are trying to steal the word 'perfect' in the same way they stole the words 'gay', 'queer', 'rainbow' and 'bicycle'?
Just goes to show the radical Gaywise Agenda will stop at nothing to inculcate our society into anality
They are thieves of our culture, pure and simple. It is criminal.
Exodus 20:15 Thou shalt not steal.

Revelation 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Also if anyone could bother explaining this:
"Your user account may not have shown sufficient love for your Savior to access this page"
***vulgarities removed*** Jesus hates me?

Dear poster,
You may easily check your situation regarding your question 'if Jesus hates you' over HERE. There's a comprehensive list of different items that God (=Jesus) hates. You can see for yourself if you're on the list.
Deuteronomy 12:31 Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.
Yours in Christ,
Elmer

That doesn't say that Jesus hates you, does it? (Though of course, He may.) It suggests, however, that you may hate Jesus.

They exists. We know so because the Bible is a perfect record of history. It is also the ultimate source of truth. You are so uninformed.

Praise God for the voice of reason. I wish you were mayor of the world. How blessed we are to have a man of God leading our fair city, where sin is unwelcome by ordinance and the Word of our Lord is the guidebook upon which all else is founded. Hallelujah!
Dear Jesus, May our Mayor always make decisions through the counsel of the Holy Ghost, and may he reign as our mayor as long as you tarry for your Glorious Appearing! Amen and Amen, in Christ's amazing Name.

I am humbled, Sister Naomi Ruth, at the depth of you support and your understanding of civic life in Freehold. That sin is unwelcomed by ordinance is what make Freehold unique.
Honestly, I don't understand other Mayors sometimes. If they are Christians, why don't they put God's laws to civic ordinances like we do in Freehold?
Jesus loves Freehold and we know why.
