Ok like everyone here i know for fact that Obama was definitely born in KENYA witch i leanred the other day is in Africa. But Obongo keeps saying hes born in Hawaii. BUT...THAT DOESNT MAKE HIM A US CITIZEN EITHER!!! HAWAII IS NOT A REAL STATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These are the reasons Obama born in Hawaii makes him intelligble to be US PRESIDENT...

1) The Constitution Article 2 Clause 5 says " No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States." BUT...the constituition was written in the 17th century. Hawaii wasnt a state by then so therefore it is invalid.
2) Hawaii has British flag on its flag. Look at the flag of Hawaii it has British flag. Therefore its flying the flag of another country and not our country.
3) Hawaii has its own language Hawaiian. States dont have languages, countries do. You can speak Russian (Russia), Spanish (Spain) or American (America) for example. But you don't speak Arizonan or Floridan. But there is a Hawaiian language. Therefore hawaii is another country it has its own language.
4) BY LAW HAWAII IS NOT A STATE...ITS A TAKEN OVER COUNTRY. I read into the history of Hawaii and it says Hawaii was invaded by the United states. OK thats cool and all I dont have a problem with that. But we took over Iraq but is IRAQ A STATE???? NO! So if we take over a country it doesnt make it a state.
5) Hawaii is 3000 miles away from the rest of the country. How can it be a state if its so far away? Thats like saying Brazil is a US State cuz its so far away.

IT LOOKS LIKE OBONGO HAS LOST. Weather he is born in Kenya or Hawaii it doesnt matter because he wasnt born in the USA. WE WON, HE LOST. IMPEACHMENT TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to kind agree with you there, Rebuko. I mean, I know Hawaii is a state, but it doesn't feel like a state, does it? One of my condos I own is on Maui, so I'm quite familiar with the place. I think one reason it shouldn't be a state is that whites are a minority. Too many native Hawaiians taking up space there. America is a white, English speaking nation, so how can we consider a state made up of pidgin-speaking cannibal savages a state?

Much like most of the world does not recognize Taiwan as a "country", I do not recognize Hawaii as a state. I still have one of those 49 star flags in fact. Everything that Hawaii stands for, and has or will ever be, is laced with sin. Those poi eating bastards barely speak our language (and they have their own jibberish to boot), they walk around practically naked, have no jobs, and burn my tax dollars on their ill healthed rice gobbling mixed raced chillun.

I don't really agree on most of these points. I think some of these arguments are kind of stupid.

But it doesn't really matter because Obama was undeniably born in Kenya. I mean, if he was born in America, then why did the White House release a fake birth certificate? Why didn't they release the real one?

Well first of all, we can take over another country and still call it a state. In fact, I'd have no problem making Iraq a state, and I am upset at both George Bush and Barack Hussein Obama for not taking full initiative in spreading the great American way.

On that note, states can be added after the Constitution was written. That's just silly.

I will admit though, I find it a little fishy that Hawaii has the English flag on its own flag. Perhaps their statehood should be revoked!

To be a state, it has to be contiguous. Otherwise, it merely a possession, like Puerto Rico. We own Hawaii, it is a lot like having a wife.

It's a little known fact that I started an action on this subject the day that jig was sworn into office.

I should have known there would be a problem when that other spade (Eric Holder, US Attorney General) showed up in my court and told me I did not have jurisdiction.

I immediately filed an appeal with yet another coon, Clarence Thomas, and he turned me down.

Currently I am exploring other options and will report on them as they progress.

Well, the written history is very clear. Hawaii officially became the 50th state of the United States on August 21, 1959. And Barack HUSSEIN Obama Jr was born on August 4, 1961.

HOWEVER, it's entirely possible that Hussein Jr was conceived before Hawaii was formally admitted to the Union. I mean, the common assumption that pregnancy lasts nine months is not true, that's just an average. Some babies are born prematurely, at only six months, while other babies are born late. My own mother said that I was born at 9⅓ months. How do we know that Ann Dunham did carry her little chocolate-baby for 24 months? Experts I've contacted at the Liberty University Department of Creation Science have assured me that is indeed possible.

There is also this problem of Hussein Sr being an alien. I'm sure that the US Constitution only refers to the rights of humans, not aliens.

If Hussein Jr was conceived outside the USA by a Kenyan illegal alien, then he is not a "natural born citizen" as defined by the US Constitution. Indeed, with a name like "Obama," he doesn't even sound human, let alone American.
