Exclamation Conspiracy EXPOSED: Harry Potter and the Church of Satan! - 04-06-2010, 11:43 PM

Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Recently, new concerns about the Harry Potter series have risen among concerned True Christian™ Parents. Therefore, we investigated the alleged ties the books had with Satanism, to come to the shocking conclusion:

Harry Potter promotes all cardinal values espoused by the Church of Satan!

Clearly, there is a conspiracy going on. Harry Potter is once again exposed as the primary tool of Satan to seduce the minds of teenagers into witchcraft and godless, Satanist philosophies!

I will treat all nine “satanic commandments” as described by the founder of the Church of Satan, a demon known as Anton LaVey: Very evil link! (WARNING: Do NOT click on this link unless you are an adult male in possession of an official declaration of True Christianity™ signed by one of the Pastors).

For each of them, I will explain how the Harry Potter series attempts to infuse the impressionable young minds of teenagers with these philosophies.

Quote:
1. Satan represents indulgence instead of abstinence!

The first commandment returns in virtually every novel, as the main characters like to engage in hedonistic orgies whenever there is an excuse for a party, usually when Harry Potter killed his enemies, when a pagan holiday, like Halloween or Valentine’s Day, is celebrated, or when they’ve come out victorious after a “quidditch” match (which is a rough sport played with broomsticks, in which both boys and girls participate equally I’ll leave it at that.). This can be found several times in virtually every novel.

Additionally, a “Yule Ball” is held in the fourth novel, which, besides celebrating yet another pagan festival, describes Harry and his classmates consuming large quantities of alcohol, despite the fact that they are all minors, and consequently boys and girls retreating in bushes at school grounds. Harry and his friends aren’t exactly proper role models for True Christian™ teenagers.

Quote:
2. Satan represents vital existence instead of spiritual pipe dreams!

This means that Satanists value “reality” over “fantasies,” with which they mean, of course, the Bible. In practice, this means they adapt to reality as it is now, instead of following the Word of God penned down by a multitude of Divinely Inspired Nomads just a few thousands of years ago, like the Bible commands. Satanism teaches to disbelieve in God, and only to believe in visible “reality.”

The Harry Potter novels support this ideology as well. Religion never plays a role in the novels, and never is Harry Potter saying grace for meals. The only time religion is introduced, in the final part, it is represented as silly and unrealistic. Never is the existence of God even implied in the novels, it is all about things the characters can see and experience directly. In short, the second commandment of Satan is supported by the novels as well.

Quote:
3. Satan represents undefiled wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deceit!

Satanists want you to be a anti-authoritarian smartass, clearly underlining its bonds with atheism with this commandment.

Harry Potter is the ideal posterboy for this commandment. He never accepts anything other people say, and likes to disagree with his teachers. He also directly opposes the authorities from the fifth novel on, further exposing the satanic communist agenda behind the novels.

Also, in the books it is directly implied that it is good to disobey your teachers, as he is always late with his homework and regularly cheats in class, like when asked to produce an anti-venom in the sixth novel, and gets rewarded for that. Also, he always breaks school rules in attempts to discover things he isn’t supposed to know. Typical satanist behaviour.

For good comparison: a True Christian™ does not ask questions, he obeys the Bible. This is a very significant difference between True Christianity™ and the satanic ideologies of Harry Potter.

Three commandments treated so far and Harry obeys them all. Reasonable people will have abandoned their scepticism by now, but for the unreasonable people, I will continue:

Quote:
4. Satan represents kindness to those who deserve it instead of love wasted on ingrates!

This commandment is clear when you consider the role of the headmaster, Dumbledore, the archetypal old wise person in the books, who happens, surprise, surprise, to be a flaming homosexual as well.

In the novels, Dumbledore, like a true catholic priest, regularly invites Harry to his office for “private lessons,” clearly preferring him over the other students. Also, Harry shows vitriolic haterd towards one of his teachers, Professor Snape. I will return to that point with the next commandment:

Quote:
5. Satan represents vengeance instead of turning the other cheek!

Harry never turns the other cheek in the novels, but every time he is attacked, he retaliates. Nowhere in the novels he forgives one of his enemies, like a True Christian™ would do, and his hate for Snape, one of his teachers, is so venomous at the end of part six that it almost eats away the pages it is written on. Likewise, in part four, he dreams of torturing his teacher. Harry himself also uses a torturing curse on several of his enemies, and progressively becomes more adept at that. Hardly a sentiment a True Christian™ Parent would like to see in his or her teenage child, I would say.

In short, Harry Potter books teach teenagers to torture and persecute their enemies, and to put them under evil, demonic spells.

Quote:
6. Satan represents responsibility to the responsible instead of concern for psychic vampires!

“Concern for psychic vampires” here means compassion with people who are deemed “annoying.” According to Satanism, people should disregard these people, and rule them with an iron fist.

In the Harry Potter novels, the annoying people are always treated badly by Harry and his friends. For example, a boy named Zacharias Smith joins an illegal teenage gang which is founded by Harry in the fifth novel, and when he annoys people, they bewitch him when he is not looking. In the same novel, they openly rebel against the authorities, who are portrayed as dumb, annoying people, typical “psychic vampires.” Harry Potter and his friends attempt to overthrow these autorities. This “strong-rule-the-weak” ideology is likely to inspire several school shootings, in my opinion.

Quote:
7. Satan represents man as just another animal, sometimes better, more often worse than those that walk on all-fours, who, because of his “divine spiritual and intellectual development,” has become the most vicious animal of all!

This commandment, inspired by the evil philosophy of evolution, is espoused by the novels in the form of creatures who are part animal, part human, humanoid creatures which either have lower intelligence than regular humans or are like animals, and humans who turn into animals. These kinds of stories are utterly demonic, except when they occur in the book of Revelation, of course.

There is even mention of a person who can turn into a rat and uses this ability to sleep together with a young teenage boy. Who needs any more proof of the satanic nature of Harry Potter than that?

Quote:
8. Satan represents all of the so-called sins, as they all lead to physical, mental, or emotional gratification!

Harry Potter commits most of the sins the Bible forbids, and is rewarded for it in many cases. For example, he steals ingredients for a potion from his teacher, and is rewarded with a working potion, while the Bible clearly condemns stealing (Exodus 20:15). Also, he regularly lies to his teachers about his illegal activities, and always gets away, while lying is a sin according to Leviticus 19:11. Additionally, he lusts after the girlfriend of another boy in the fourth novel, and again in the sixth novel, while this is adultery according to Matthew 5:28.

Harry Potter is the epitome of sin, in short.

Quote:
9. Satan has been the best friend the Church has ever had, as He has kept it in business all these years!

The novels do not say anything about this, but it is a rather dumb commandment anyway, as it doesn’t command anything. Satanists can be pretty stupid. Therefore, we can leave this one be.

The results of this short research will be handed out to all Freehold residents. Pastor Deacon Fred has issued that all people are to hand over their Harry Potter books for the upcoming book burning. We must burn the evil works of Satan!

Yours In Christ,

True Disciple

Sweet Lord Jesus,
I want to pray for those who persecute me, my Lord.
Please, treat their children as you treated those of Egypt, when they upset you! (Psalm 135:8-9)
Dash their little children against the stones for their fathers iniquity! (Psalm 137:8-9)
Hit them on the cheek, and smash out their teeth! (Psalm 3:7)
Make their death and descent into Hell swift and terrible! (Psalm 55:15)
Scatter their broken bodies over the streets of their evil cities, like Benghazi, Amsterdam, Tokyo and Mecca! (Psalm 110:6)
Praised be Your Glorious Name™.

Amen.
