U.S. is Not Among the Ten Happiest Countries, Good for Us. -
03-15-2018, 03:17 PM
Every year some atheist organization puts out a list of the ten happiest countries in the world. The U. S. never comes close to making it. This year it slipped down a few spots. Hallelujah.
While we here at Landover Baptist live without sin, we were born sinners. What is the rest of the U.S. supposed to do, jump up and down with "happiness" over The Fall and that huge numbers are headed to hell? This country will continue to suffer because it needs to repent of its sin. It needs to be miserable.
Then, Jesus died for our sins. Are we supposed to celebrate that by saying, "Oh, that makes me feel good. I'm so happy I made Jesus suffer and die."
No, a nation that has not repented of its sin is better off being miserable.

Clearly all people who were ever happy will burn in Hell. God needs us to suffer to prove or worth, especially women (Genesis 3:16).
Freedom means voting for Donald Trump!
To most "Christians" The Bible is like a license agreement. They just scroll to the bottom and click "I agree". All those "Christians" will burn in Hell!

Thank you, Cranky, for pointing to Genesis 3:16 which tells us about the virtue of suffering and misery. Women, especially, must be wary of finding happiness. Clearly God does not want this.
The countries that rank highest in happiness measurement are the free-loader ones in Northern Europe. Anyone who gets the notion our path to heaven is waltzing through our lives with good medical care and secure employment needs to read the Bible.

It was once said that the only hell Christians will ever endure is their time on earth. But this troubled time on earth is the only heaven that unbelievers will ever know.
Better to be miserable and suffer now than endure unspeakble agonies for eternity. Everyone who knows that God is Love, knows that.
Hell is all the proof that I will ever need about God's loving nature. Happiness here on earth has nothing to do with God's love. Who needs it?
His left hand should be under my head, and his right hand should embrace me.

I'm happy every day! Praise JESUS! How can anyone be depressed when we live in God's Favorite Country? This polls sounds very biased and arbitrary. I bet the results were skewed by liberal ingrates, immigrants and its-all-about-me-Gen Z millenials ditching classes and spitting on America.

I'm sure that's right. People "identifying" as just about anything they fancy based on the shallowest justifications I've ever heard, all seeming to derive from what other people expect. It only encourages greater levels of misery for others, such as furries who think they're a bat or a penguin and get triggered if you suggest to a friend they may be human. I doubt it's "fun" being triggered: “Oh! Oh! Oh! I am not a human I am BAT When addressing me go ‘ee! ee! eee! e! eeee! ee! ee!’ Why don't you just poison me that's what you'd like to do really isn't it? Go on. Go on. Admit it. Hate! All I get is Hate!” Next you're compared to Stalin, Pol Pot, rabies, ebola and parasitic feather mites. The bat looks like it's about to have a stroke and just when you're thinking the ambience can't get any worse the penguin starts regurgitating rancid fish.
Neither of them fit my idea of "happy" but the tragedy is they actually expect surgery to transition across species no doubt on the public purse because they've been born in the wrong body! The cost of one body transplant drains medical resources (regardless of who pays for it or where it's done since there's a finite number of doctors who could be treating actual rabies, ebola and feather mites) so persons deprived of treatments they actually need are unhappy too. We're talking heathen here obviously Christians are healed by prayer once converted.
Cascading misery from the Me. Now. generation in which gender/species dysphoria is rampant.
Satan is the cause, rampant in every Godless wretch many of whom use public transport. And let's face it, who wants regurgitating penguin furries on a train?

I've always thought being happy was terribly over rated. If a person is happy, they would have no reason to live. Suicide would send a person straight to Hell. The constant effort at working towards being happy is one of the reasons for living. If God wanted us to be happy all the time, He would make it so. If we were always happy, then many people would not see the value in sacrificing themselves to praise God. That would make God even more angry and then all people would suffer horribly and be extremely unhappy.
So give me a place where happiness is just out of reach for most of the people. Let me want to be taken from my miserable existence here on Earth to the rich rewards of Heaven and eternal bliss on the Right Hand of God Himself.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Amos 3:6 Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it?
Numbers 21:6 And the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.
Matthew 10:34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
Matthew 10:35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
Matthew 10:36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

The U.S. place on the list is no accident, it's a plot by the Japanese, illegally importing content in our country such as this:

Sure that the United States are God's favorite country and not Israel? We know that the final home for born again believers is the New Jerusalem (Revelation 21 & 22)
Anyways, God wants all countries to repent (change their mind) and believe the Gospel. He made it simple: He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3:18)

I'm no theologian, but it seems to me that making New Jerusalem the exact same as Old Jerusalem would be, well, kind of retarded. And I do not serve a retarded God, thankyouverymuch. Besides, the Bible tells us there won't be Jews in Heaven. Or Greeks, the Mexicans of Europe, thank God (Galatians 3:28).

Happiness is a display pure ignorance - of a weak mentality; of those given to mindless frivolity.
How is it possible to be "the happiest country" when we see how many of our fellow men suffering because of their sin, and yet here are we, Landover, with to inspired Knowledge from God to be able to recreate Paradise.
Why! Even the Jews have not been perfected yet! There will be plenty of time to be happy in Eternity with Jesus.
I bet that all those Americans who died and made it to heaven are the happiest in all of Paradise.

Think about it. Look at the top supposed "happiest" country, and then look at the discovery you found about Finland being a authentic tool created by the Japanese.
Clearly Japan has an active hand in all this, in trying to undermine the US at every turn. By distracting our attention with the pursuit of happiness, they've been slipping all sorts of filth through our borders, full well knowing that the "happy ending" is a lie, and masterbatory pleasures ultimately weakens the masculine soul. Porn makes man so weak, they hope to cripple the US with it, so they may catch us blindsighted, so they may launch a nuclear offensive in retribution for the US winning WWII.
Yes, the japs are very sneaky. They hope that liberals will take the US, and try to guide this country towards a socialist dystopia, and make us more like Finland. And we all know that country is full of lazy perverts! They're just like the Danes.

I think this index of national happiness is one of the best tools we True Christians have to bring the gospel to the unsaved. It lists for all to see the happiest countries, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Iceland and other like minded places that Jesus wrote off long ago. To preach the word, we simply need to tell people the happiest countries are the ones going to hell. Do you want to be among those people?
By suffering to avoid guilt and sin, we get a free ride for eternity. It's a glorious thing to be miserable.
Isaiah 24:1-3 Behold, the LORD maketh the earth empty (2)...as the taker of usury, so with the giver of usury to him. (3) The land shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled: for the LORD hath spoken his word.

Preach it! Just look at Africa. The average fuzzy lives in a dirt hut, has HIV, has a belly so swollen you'd think they'd be pregnant (and in many instances, yes they are!), but no, it's just parasitical reaction to malnourishment and fecal infested drinking water, and flies covering their sunken faces. Flies everything! Thanks to Christians, we brought them the sweet suckling gift of Jesus, and now every African has a reason to smile.
So Africa may rank at the bottom of this so-called "list", but only a Christian knows that their hardship makes them free to take for easy slave labor!

You have nailed it friend Lombardo. Let's take the earth quake in Haiti. Planeloads of Christians and nonprofits rolled in there with tents and food.
Our Godly friend, Franklin Graham would have none of that. He flew in to preach sermons about sin and hell. Franklin knew tent living without supervision would lead to sin and wanted the displaced residents of Haiti they needed to remain miserable to gain heaven. Those who listened were grateful for his wisdom.

The thing I don't get: according to evolutionists Africa is the single country hosting the world's most ancient humans. Three million years? One million years? Regardless, you'd think they'd've worked out how to dig a hole in the ground. Some of them fill up with water. And once you've "discovered" fire you can even boil it.
Go 1,000,000 - a million years ago we'd learned how to dig a well and boil the water. In order to smelt metals fire is essential.
Genesis 4:19-22 Lamech took unto him two wives: the name of the one was Adah, and the name of the other Zillah. And Adah bare Jabal: he was the father of such as dwell in tents, and of such as have cattle. And his brother's name was Jubal: he was the father of all such as handle the harp and organ. And Zillah, she also bare Tubalcain, an instructer of every artificer in brass and iron: and the sister of Tubalcain was Naamah.
Now I must be mad to talk like this, but in 987 ,983 B.C. humans knew how to make fire. Otherwise Tubalcain could have extracted neither the zinc to make brass nor the iron to make iron.
Organs are pretty cool instruments, the range of timbre and the control over intonation (at least with a tracker action) approaches what American innovations have achieved (electric guitar, Hammond organ) but do require metals. An all wood organ could be produced but apart from harmoniums with resonant pipes all done in wood (I've never seen one) the concept is more than absurd. It is unnecessary. At the time Jubal's family were learning how to handle organs, Tubalcain was refining alloys precisely those used in organ construction to this day. Africans claim this was a million years ago or even earlier dates but whatever the date, to get those metals fire is required.
Fire boils water.
Water comes from wells (the wells we seemingly need to pay billions- or trillions-of-dollars to dig) and if water is the most important element of human existence then how could we ever have survived (for millions of years) without that technology? Fire already existed (Tubalcain) and surely digging a hole in the ground is less advanced than smelting metals?
Africa is not a happy country. Idolatry everywhere, demon possession, bizarre herbal concoctions, just as The Bible describes these degenerate forms of humanity have lost so much. In Christ an answer may be found but with papists crawling all over the joint and nuns putting out whatever it is they put out not to mention witchdoctors small wonder they're all dying of thirst even though, I suppose we're expected to believe, they are the ones who taught the world how to dig wells in the first place?
