You can't go around aimlessly accusing girls of being sluts just because they were raped. No one deserves to be raped. 1) That was a very nice summary. In response to the whole biblical passage, it sounds like it pretty much does prove what you're trying to say. Except that just because it's written down doesn't mean that we have to follow it. Whether or not it's real, that doesn't mean we have to follow it. I mean, that passage is basically making women objects that can be bought. Forcing women into marrying you because you had sex with them and then paid their dad is so obviously wrong. Marriage shouldn't be something you have to do. It should be something you want to do.

2) Sorry. I assumed that since you guys are referring to him as a “rapist” that he did actually rape her. And by saying that “rape victims” are whores, I assumed you were referring to girls who were actually forced into having sex. I mean, obviously having sex with someone and then accusing them of raping you when they didn’t is wrong. I am hoping that I was completely misunderstood and that you guys weren’t saying that girls who are forced against their will into having sex were whores and that the people who did it to them were victims. Because I know someone who actually got raped (as in forced into sex against her will, she did no “seducing”, just to avoid future miscommunication) and she most definitely isn’t a whore.
