We've reached a pivotal point in the narrative that depicts the event at the end of Times. Jesus has begun His Tribulations. Sinners are suffering. Now it is time for Him to Redeem the promises He made during the era of the Gospels. There are promises concerning sinners and promises concerning us True Christians™. In the next few Chapters of the Book of revelation these promises start to unravel. For those sinners who visit our Forum and are gamers or otherwise illiterate, we have prepared a visual aid to help you understand the Tribulations.
1. There are some Believers who will be spared the awful and destroying era of the Tribulations.
Matthew 7:14
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
2. On the other hand, Jesus is furious. For a couple of millennia he has tried to bring the Peace of Faith into the hearts of each and every person. He did warn the sinners, however.
Matthew 8:12
But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
John 3:18
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
In today's reading, Jesus first fulfills His promise to True Believers™. He wants to avoid unnecessary suffering. True Christians™ do not need to suffer the Tribulations. They have demonstrated their loyalty to Jesus despite incredible and constant persecution, as we can see this very day on our Godly Forum. Thus, it is time to start reading Revelation Chapter 7. First, Jesus casually reminds us of the true non-spherical shape of the Earth that He will soon dismantle.
Revelation 7:1
And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
The heavy artillery of Jesus is about to begin bombarding the unrepenting sinners with some serious stuff. But first Jesus saves those who Love Him properly!
Revelation 7:3
Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
There are 144,000 sealed at this point, that is 0.0018% of the World's population (that is already down to about 6 billion because of Jesus's previous actions; Revelation 6:8). We are among those and will ascend into Heaven either at this point or earlier (1 Thessalonians 4:17). Now, we get a preview of the Book of Life, as Jesus counts the numbers of those secured from each portion of the word's population representing the original chosen peoples, that is us now that the Jews killed Jesus. These people (all our Brethren among them) do not have to suffer along with sinners any more.
Revelation 7:14
And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Next: a preview of the state of things in Eternity. We can serve Jesus 24/7, and there are also tasks allocated to Him and to God the Father!
Revelation 7:15-17
Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
Glory! That is what we can expect. Now we move on to Revelation Chapters 8-9 and see what Jesus has reserved for the sinners. Here's the deal. He tried to be the good cop. He gave them the glorious promise of eternal life (John 3:16) with the prize of believing and doing as he tells us to do (Matthew 7:21). They disregarded this promise. Now Jesus will show them His Love (1 John 4:8) by giving them one last chance. He has given them this very Book of Revelation we're reading. Now He will realize all the Tribulations (agonizing punishments and forms of death) promised in this very book. Surely the sinners will realize that (i) The Bible contains the Truth™ and (ii) it would be best to Repent, as Jesus is kicking their butt big time. Let us see how this unravels! Jesus announces each and every punishment with some glorious music!
Revelation 8:2
And I saw the seven angels which stood before God; and to them were given seven trumpets.
Trumpet 1: Jesus destroys the capability of the land biosphere to sustain life. Glory!
Revelation 8:7
The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.
Trumpet 2: Jesus destroys the capability of the oceanic ecosystem to sustain life. Glory!
Revelation 8:8-9
And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.
Trumpet 3: Jesus destroys the capability of the freshwater ecosystems to sustain life. Glory!
Revelation 8:10-11
And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
Trumpet 4: Jesus starts to turn off the Lights He Created earlier (Genesis 1:16). This mean that at the trophic level of the producers, the rate of photosynthesis drops dramatically and will no longer be able to sustain life of produce an adequate amount of oxygen into the atmosphere. Glory!
Revelation 8:12
And the fourth angel sounded, and the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them was darkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the night likewise.
Trumpet 5: Jesus releases the worst arthropod pest ever to torture those who did not choose Him (that is, everyone left on Earth after the previous Tribulations). Glory!
Revelation 9:3-5
And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
This torture is so agonizing that people will ask for euthanasia, but Jesus forbids it. Glory!
Revelation 9:6
And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
Trumpet 6: Jesus releases an army of 200,000,000 angels to kill of one third of the survivors. Glory!
Revelation 9:15-16
And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
Again, Jesus makes His own task a bit easier by delegating and outsourcing the first killings to the loss of sustainable biosphere and to the army of angels. Glory!
Revelation 9:18
By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
Now, one would think that the sinners would realize what's going on! "Look, see! All these things are actually written in the Bible!" "Gosh! We were wrong. We should have chosen Jesus. Well, now we know better. Everything has been going on exactly as it was promised in the Bible. I'm gonna follow Jesus now!"
At this point we realize how Merciful (Jonah 4:2) and Loving (1 John 4:8) Jesus actually is. He really tries to get His message through to the sinners. He gives them a document (the very one you're reading) and then proves it as the True™ source of data by going through each and every point meticulously. What are the sinners going to do? Will they finally come to their senses and Repent?
Revelation 9:20-21
And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
