In many ways you have to admire Putin. After 70 years of Godless communism Russian leader Putin is again building churches and stopping the spread of homerism and the perverted LGBTQ to Russian citizens - and there are no "Synods" to be found anywhere.
There is something to be said about the Russian Orthodox Church being the "true" successor to the original Roman cathylicks.
After successive waves of Barbarians, Vandals, Goths, Visigoths, and Gepids finally sacked Rome (think of today's shithole cities run by Democrats), the "church" wound up in Constantinople (until it was finally overrun by the mooselimbs) - but it finally found its way to Moscow.
On the plus side, Putin is putting Bergoglio to shame, on the minus side they're still Mary worshipers.

14 Giant Images of Mother of God Beamed Around Moscow by Russia's Largest Outdoor Advertiser, Art Gallery

In a totally unprecedented display, giant light images of the Mother of God stood shining over Moscow for several hours on October 7.
The images were mounted on 14 media facades and 70 DSS-constructions provided for that purpose by Maer media holding, the largest outdoor advertising operator in Russia.
The show marked the opening of the exhibition of modern Christian art titled "Faces of Mary - Images of Light" that opened on October 9, at the "Art Center. Moscow", next to the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.
The "Faces of Mary - Images of Light" exhibition features multimedia and holographic iconographic images of the Mother of God, created by a Russian artist Veronika Ponomareva-Korzhevskaya.
"Faces of Mary - Images of Light" is a very important exhibition, I have never seen anything like that, - says Konstantin Mayor, owner and CEO of Maer Media Holding. – It seems to unite high art, spiritual and religious ideas, ancient culture, social life and modern technologies, which we at Maer are particularly fond of. The exhibition takes us to the iconography of the future, and we want everyone to take a new look at the Face of the Virgin and once again get to believe in the miracle, and lend a helping hand to those in need, as our cultural code requires. To support the exhibition, we have organized this performance on all our media facades and other digital screens in Moscow – to let it known to more than 10 million Moscow residents.
"The Maer group has made its facilities available for displaying the icons, which are known to be of great power. This is a perfect example of a business honoring its social responsibility. The company has contributed to the promotion of spiritual art, which conveys the meanings and values that are much in demand in our society today", Veronika Ponomareva-Korzhevskaya stressed.
“As an artist, I am convinced that just as Christians used to stand up for the icon long time ago, now the icon stands up for Christians," Veronika Ponomareva-Korzhevskaya says. - At all times, it has served to present Good News to this world of ours. In today's world of art, any subject related to Christ and religion is considered "irrelevant and intolerant". The icon that keeps shining on us is just the thing we can rely on in confronting the world's anti-Christian, anti-Russian discourse”.
