CONGRATULATIONS TO RAY COMFORT: BEST SCIENCE MOVIE OF THE YEAR, "The Atheist Delusion"

In a stunning victory at the International Christian Film Festival, Ray Comfort's "Atheist Delusion" shows America, and by extension the whole world, just what Science really is, and what we can learn about God's Creation by studying it properly (share your thoughts here). While the only time science is referenced in this film is when Mr. Comfort asks people how DNA could possibly have evolved on its own, the power of the question, and thus the power of the only answer possible, is nevertheless overwhelming and inspiring and more than enough to cover every scientific question (Colossians 1:17).

There are those naysayers who suggest the film festival is naught but a collection of cinematic productions that serve only to gratify a man's egomasturbatory impulses. One might even consider such a festival, with each category seemingly chosen to fit whatever film was received that year, to be run more along the same lines as Nathan Fielder's (Comedy Central's Nathan For You) Souvenir Shop gag movie, The Web, whereby the film festival was created to showcase the movie, not judge it against any actual criteria of merit like superior production, acting, or even common sense. But the ones who think this have clearly closed their hearts to the Truth™ of God's Creation as clearly expressed all around us. One need only to open his eyes and heart to see God's Handiwork.

This is precisely what Mr. Comfort challenges atheists to do, and he succeeds where many churches and Hollywood movies fail. He succeeds because he uses science, the atheist's tool, against the atheist agenda. He beats them at their own game! And Jesus Wins! To watch atheist after atheist come to terms with the scientific proof of God's existence is to be moved by powers and principalities far beyond one's reckoning.

So a hearty CONGRATULATIONS! to Ray Comfort, and the Holy Spirit who told him what to do!

Do I see Kevin Sorbo's name in that poster? Didn't he play the son of god in some television show? The son of a false god, mind you, but there were some supernatural goings on.


I also saw him in a movie that required me to flush my eyes out with saline solution afterwards. Never mind which, I didn't know what I was getting myself into since I am a True Christian gentlewoman of refined sensibilities.


My point being that I am not certain what credentials he has to offer when speaking for the Lord.

I especially like that the movie is affordable! At only $4.99 per copy, I can afford to distribute at least ten copies!

A wonderful production that must have cost many millions of dollars. Yet Brother Ray gives us a gift as Jesus would have.

Do I see Kevin Sorbo's name in that poster? Didn't he play the son of god in some television show? The son of a false god, mind you, but there were some supernatural goings on.

Indeed he did, but the LORD Christ Jesus touched him and opened his heart to the Truth™. Now he spends his time playing virtuous characters, such as the challenging role of an atheist in the blockbuster move, God's Not Dead, and challenging people to be honest for once:

"There's so much anger in Hollywood," the "God's Not Dead" star said. "They don't like the truth, they'd rather belied to and they just attack anybody who doesn't agree their way."

"Yet they scream for tolerance and they scream for freedom of speech but only if it's their way," Sorbo continued. '"I don't begrudge them their beliefs, why do they begrudge mine?"

Sorbo said he often finds himself asking, "Why is there a fear factor for God in Hollywood?" to which he has no answer.

"I wish someone in Hollywood would come up and answer that question," he said. "I don't want to cut people's freedom of speech down but the other side does. They can have their opinions but say I can't have mine?"
