Is Vitiligo God's way of making people white?

I've just did some research and many negroes who are good Christians have Vitilgo meaning they slowly turn white. I always thought that once you are born black there is no way back but apparently God's love gives everyone a chance to be white. Here you can see some examples:

PRAISE!!! Where I live, there is a shocking number of negroes milling about, and, horror of horrors, COMMITTING MISCEGENATION! I pray that this divine cleansing may strike them with all haste. Glory once again!

These Negroes are turning white, but are they turning into White people? I suspect that, barring other factors, they are still Negroes, but they become white Negroes. One reason that the Hamite has been darkened by God is so that they can be easily recognized. White Negroes could turn out to be very dangerous. When an elevator door opens and it is full of White people, you get right in and don't worry about the other passengers, but what if the white people are Negroes who have lost their telltale darkitude? It could easily be that the lightening of these Negroes is the work of Satan.

Not sure what's worse. An elevator full of blacks or an elevator full of Clintons.

A while ago, I reported on a Russian laboratory that was experimenting with a treatment to whiten Negroes by peeling away the layers of skin containing excess melanin. From the start I was suspicious, because the idea that Negroes have normal white skin underneath their dusky hide was absurd to me. Those of you who have been to my home and seen my collection of vintage slave photos and lynching postcards know that they are pretty much black to the bone. My great-uncle, who attended a lynching, brought back a Negro foot that I played with many times as a young girl, and I can assure you it was dark all over... except on the bottom. (What is the deal with that?)

I wish I knew what happened to that foot. It would be perfect for my mantelpiece.

Anyway, no one ever followed up on the original story, so either the treatment was unsuccessful or the whole thing was a hoax. Lord knows that if it did work, blacks the world over would be flocking to Russia in crowds that would make a Notorious BIG and Tupac resurrection concert look like a Thomas Sowell book signing. After all, an entire industry is devoted to helping black people "look white" through cosmetics and wigs. But do they act white? Heck no! Michael Jackson just got creepier and more perverted the lighter his skin became. You can paint over a tiger's stripes, but that doesn't mean you can leave it to babysit your kids.

The real transformation Negroes need can come only from within, when they allow the Son of Man to enter them and begin following the Bible to the letter. While in some cases, this may improve their complexion (see Daniel 12:10 - "Many shall be purified, and made white"), it is not necessary; our own Rev. Dwight Williams is as black as tar yet bursting at the seams with the light of the Holy Ghost.

If the Lord is using vitiligo as a reward for Godly behavior among blacks, then that is further proof of His divine love, but it would be unwise to relax your guard around them simply because they have this condition.

When Governor Bill Clinton of the racist state of Arkansas turned white he became the first Black president. Now his wife who has also turned white wants to be the president of Babylon too. I am assisting in every way I can but I do not want to turn white. I am afraid this disease may be communicable.

Is that the same thing that happens to lipizzaner stallions? They start out dark and then turn white. And they can dance!
