Re: Darwinistas Demand "Personhood" for Chimp
These monkey worshippers just won't stop, will they? Before becoming a shining light in the NRA, Charlton Heston tried to warn us of the radical Darwinista agenda and the kind of world they're striving for. We can't and won't let it happen!

Re: Darwinistas Demand "Personhood" for Chimp
UPDATE
Brothers and sisters, I am happy to report that the monkey worshipers have been so far unsuccessful in their repeated efforts to get their false gods proclaimed "persons". Despite the full backing of the notorious fugitive leader of the Darwinistas, Richard "Becky" Dawkins, Jesus has intervened and caused the nazi judges to rule in His favor. Glory!!
These heathens make me sick. What blasphemers! Notice they named this monkey "Matthew" (one of Jesus' best friends), "Hiasl" (some joo name), and finally "Pan" (a notorious demon), all with no other intent than to spit in God's face.Court won't declare chimp a person
VIENNA, Austria - He's now got a human name — Matthew Hiasl Pan — but he's having trouble getting his day in court. Animal rights activists campaigning to get Pan, a 26-year-old chimpanzee, legally declared a person vowed Thursday to take their challenge to Austria's Supreme Court after a lower court threw out their latest appeal.
A provincial judge in the city of Wiener Neustadt dismissed the case earlier this week, ruling that the Vienna-based Association Against Animal Factories had no legal standing to argue on the chimp's behalf.
The association, which worries the shelter caring for the chimp might close, has been pressing to get Pan declared a "person" so a guardian can be appointed to look out for his interests and provide him with a home.
Group president Martin Balluch insists that Pan is "a being with interests" and accuses the Austrian judicial system of monkeying around.
"It is astounding how all the courts try to evade the question of personhood of a chimp as much as they can," Balluch said.
A hearing date for the Supreme Court appeal was not immediately set.
That Dawkins character needs to be hunted down and sent to GITMO for a little waterboarding if you ask me. I promise to keep you all posted on any progress to that end.

Re: Darwinistas Demand "Personhood" for Chimp
On my honeymoon with my husband, Mr. Whitford, we had chimpanzee for a meal. Now we were a little hesitant, because we firmly believe there's nothing better than a slab of beef for supper, but we tried it. I'm glad we did! The mean was tender and succulent, and it came apart so easily we barely had to cut it!
If you've never tasted chimp, I highly recommend it. Heck, I wonder if I could get one of our local restaurants to add it to their menu. Chimp steaks, chimpburgers, the possibilities are endless!

They omitted the fact that Jesus hates him and he has no concept of morality whatsoever. Typical Viennese.Originally posted by Pastor Ezekiel View PostWell we all knew it would come to THIS. What God mocking nonsense will they force on us next?
In some ways, Hiasl is like any other Viennese: He indulges a weakness for pastry, likes to paint and enjoys chilling out watching TV.
God gave us apes for food, recreation, clothing and target practice. Nothing else. They are brainless and useless: why, most of them can't even speak English, which makes them no better than illegal Mexicans. Or do you think that they should have "rights" as well?Originally posted by Rachael Van Helsing View PostAwwwwwww that's soo cute!
And yeah, I see no problem with apes getting rights such as the right to life, the right to not be tortured, the right to freedom under certain conditions.

I will never understand what ailment of the spirit befell an upstanding American Christian™ like Charleton Heston in order that he appeared in that revolting pile of evilutionist mumbo-jumbo. The power of Satan is vast and mighty.

Planet of the Apes was interesting...I like the old one far better than the new one, though.

After all, what if apes were to further evolve and they were treated badly by people?
Ever seen 'planet of the apes'?
Seriously though, what's the big deal? It isn't as though they'd be taking people's jobs.....well.....maybe some people.

Mind you, these are the same hate filled liebrals who said that Terry Schaivo had no rights, because there was "no life in her eyes", just before they murdered her by pulling the plug on her feeding tube.Activists want chimp declared a 'person'
VIENNA, Austria - In some ways, Hiasl is like any other Viennese: He indulges a weakness for pastry, likes to paint and enjoys chilling out watching TV. But he doesn't care for coffee, and he isn't actually a person — at least not yet.
In a case that could set a global legal precedent for granting basic rights to apes, animal rights advocates are seeking to get the 26-year-old male chimpanzee legally declared a "person."
Hiasl's supporters argue he needs that status to become a legal entity that can receive donations and get a guardian to look out for his interests.
"Our main argument is that Hiasl is a person and has basic legal rights," said Eberhart Theuer, a lawyer leading the challenge on behalf of the Association Against Animal Factories, a Vienna animal rights group.
"We mean the right to life, the right to not be tortured, the right to freedom under certain conditions," Theuer said.
The campaign began after the animal sanctuary where Hiasl (pronounced HEE-zul) and another chimp, Rosi, have lived for 25 years went bankrupt.
Activists want to ensure the apes don't wind up homeless if the shelter closes. Both have already suffered: They were captured as babies in Sierra Leone in 1982 and smuggled in a crate to Austria for use in pharmaceutical experiments. Customs officers intercepted the shipment and turned the chimps over to the shelter.
Their food and veterinary bills run about $6,800 a month. Donors have offered to help, but there's a catch: Under Austrian law, only a person can receive personal donations.
Austria isn't the only country where primate rights are being debated. Spain's parliament is considering a bill that would endorse the Great Ape Project, a Seattle-based international initiative to extend "fundamental moral and legal protections" to apes.
If Hiasl gets a guardian, "it will be the first time the species barrier will have been crossed for legal 'personhood,'" said Jan Creamer, chief executive of Animal Defenders International, which is working to end the use of primates in research.
He brings Hiasl sweets and yogurt and watches him draw and clown around by dressing up in knee-high rubber boots, insists he deserves more legal rights "than bricks or apples or potatoes."
"He can be very playful but also thoughtful," he said. "Being with him is like playing with someone who can't talk."
A date for the appeal hasn't been set, but Hiasl's legal team has lined up expert witnesses, including Jane Goodall, the world's foremost observer of chimpanzee behavior.
"When you see Hiasl, he really comes across as a person," Theuer said.
"He has a real personality. It strikes you immediately: This is an individual. You just have to look him in the eye to see that."
Special rights for monkeys in a zoo.... I swear these eurotrash commies keep me in stitches sometimes.
