Re: Our people-friendly planet is proof of Creationism
If got didn't want for us to eat lambs, why did he make them so delicious?
Clearly, the LORD provided guidance to the Israelites regarding what not to eat, and how not to prepare it:
Deutoronomy 14:21
Ye shall not eat of any thing that dieth of itself: thou
shalt give it unto the stranger that is in thy gates, that he
may eat it; or thou mayest sell it unto an alien: for thou
art an holy people unto the LORD thy God. Thou shalt not
seethe a kid in his mother's milk.

michele, for an empty headed female, you really do know little.Originally posted by michele View Postoh my lord. lambs were not designed by random chance to make good cuts. after years of practise we have discovered the best cuts.
God made lamb to provide us with lamb chops, just like He gave us the mustard and mint jelly to go with it. Sure, it took time to learn how to butch the lamb properly. I suspect the first few lambs were simply tossed into a raging fire live, the same way you boil a lobster.

Psalms 37:4, 25
There is some coincidence that even as I type, I too am having lamb prepared and, for this I am grateful to the Lord. As the Psalmist says, "yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread."
There's a lot of skinny black folk who should take note of that verse!

I would like the evilutionist to try and explain why lambs were designed by 'random chance' so that they would make such good chops.Originally posted by Mrs. Rogers View PostGenesis 1:26-28
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
... and let them have dominion ... over all of the earth. Wonderful, isn't it? Today I have been praising God for His Creation –- everywhere I look I see how the world was tailor-made just for us! I do enjoy the seasonal fruit He provides – it is summer here in godless NZ; however last night was a little chilly and I had to turn the heater on, wrap up warmly and take a hot water bottle to bed. I had the strangest dream; the LORD deposited me in the middle of Antarctica, and just when I thought I was going to freeze to death He grabbed me, and with great force threw me into the sea – fairly easy for Him to do, considering His planet is mostly ocean. Thrashing about, I awoke with a terrible fright -- only to discover my (now very cold) hot water bottle had burst. Goodness me, I really am a silly old fool! You know, when it is very warm at night, I often dream that the LORD dumps me in a desert, and am often incredibly thirsty upon awakening. I am always grateful that there is milk in my fridge to make a cup of tea, and give thanks to God accordingly.
That reminds me, I must get the lamb chops out of the freezer to defrost in time for tomorrow night; Glory to GOD in the highest, for providing such succulent cuts ... how wonderful it is that, because of the LORD, we don't have to struggle to survive on His good Earth.
