I think he means that you must respect other people, even if they don't have the same ideology. Not the religions themselves.

For example: if I would be totally faithless, would you hate me, or would you help me?

2) Stalin, was a member of the orthodox catholic church untill after his stay a the seminar, when he indeed became an atheïst.

But to answer your question, I respect every man and woman on this planet for what they wish to believe in. But if some of these people (like Hitler and Stalin) have murdered people, or committed other terrible crimes against humanity, I could not respect them at all because this does not strike with my idea of living peacefully.

3) I don't really know Pat Robertson, so I can't comment on him specifically. But I wouldn't know what to hold against him.

Maybe I this would be a good example: I did not support president Bush, but despite different political views, I would not mind having a drink with him at a bar to talk about sports or anything.

I am also a geologist. I received my degree in Young Earth Geology from Maranatha Bible College and work as a science educator in Piggett, Texas.

I am always struck with awe each time I ponder the Great Works of the LORD with respect to our world. Just think before the time of the Great Flood.... there must have been half the number of mountains that there are today. I mean, how else could all that limestone gotten to the top of the Alps? How else could there be marine fossils atop Everest?

And who else but the LORD could have placed all of the Behemoth "fossils" within sedimentary rocks, to test our faith as He tested the faith of the Israelites in Deuteronomy 8:2:

And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God
led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee,
and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether
thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no.

So who will YOU trust - Heaven or Athens? I'm sure you pass a lot of tests in your faggoty "accredited" university... but where will you stand when it's time for the only test that matters? Only through the Blood of the Lamb shall ye be saved.
