Excellent point, Pastor. God told us to subdue the earth (Gen. 1:28). If we let the environazis subdue us in the name of their pagan earth goddess, we're turning His commandment on its head.

Of course, there will be those who disagree with Ussher's calculations of time – especially evolutionists who need billions of years to explain their theory of how life sprang from non-life and mutated from one-celled animals into human beings.

Folks, this is what I have been saying all along, it's not which theory is the more logical, correct, scientifically sound or reasonable. It's all about which one takes up the least amount of time which has become so important in this modern world of ours.

I think that Anglican "Bishop" may be doing the right thing for all of the wrong reasons. The false, pagan nature worship Earth Day is April 22 but he is calling for us Christian to reclaim it on October 22. I think there may be some merit to this idea; a TRUE Earth Day(tm) were we spread the good news about how economic grow helps the environment and climate change is only a natural climate cycle that is not happening anyway.

Can True Christians celebrate "Earth Day"

I was under the impression that this was a wiccan holiday.

Then I came upon this article: http://worldnetdaily.com/news/articl...TICLE_ID=57900.

Now that I understand that October 23rd is the real "Earth Day", I am wondering if how it is appropriate to celebrate the day that Jesus made the planet for us?
