I currently go to Bethel Baptist Church in Green Bay Wisconsin. I was interested in this Church but it seems it has fallen short of expectations. I like my Church because it follows the Bible. Someone at LBC was saying there was a problem with the Bible. It is in the Kill- its the christian thing to do. That post itself is unchristian. But there is no problem with the Bible. Its Gods words and God is always right.

??? Are you sure they were a member? We get all sorts of unsaved trash coming here and spouting off their problems with the Bible, but you shouldn't take them TOO seriously. As far as following the Bible goes, Landover is far and away the most studious in that department. The closest 2nd, and it's not even that close, is the somewhat-liberal but on-the-right-track Westboro Baptist church, but I'd recommend you stay away from there as good ol' Fred has waxed somewhat liberal in his old age. I suggest you stick around and maybe send an email to a Pastor to get set straight on exactly what this Christianity business is all about. I am sure we have the information you need

I too am surprised that any True Christian could possibly be in error so deeply as to say the Bible might in anyway be incorrect. Are you sure that the writer was referring to the KJV 1611? No other Bible is correct.Originally posted by Fred Smith View Post[...] Someone at LBC was saying there was a problem with the Bible. It is in the Kill- its the christian thing to do. Anyway, I have replied to your last post there about Thou Shalt not Kill - I hope that it will set your mind at rest.
I urge you to stay with Landover, the path is often hard and there is work and study to be done, but as a price for Eternal Life, this is but a small price. Look down at my signature, the Bible itself says that what you hear is not always pleasing to you.sigpic

Re: I think i might stick with Bethel Baptist church.
Freddy, you are about as Christian as Ozzy Ozbourne. You profess the joys of satanic music, then dare to criticize God's favorite church for discussing the implications of Bible verse on exterminating heathens? You seem like a God mocker to me boy. I have yet to see you praise Jesus or quote any verse.
I believe I might contact the Pastor Crosby over there at Bethel Baptist and ask him what he knows about you.

Here is a partial list from just a few scripture verses:
Hypocrites (Matthew 24:51), The Unforgiving (Mark 11:26), Homosexuals (Romans 1:26, 27), Fornicators (Romans 1:29), The Wicked (Romans 1:29), The Covetous (Romans 1:29), The Malicious (Romans 1:29), The Envious (Romans 1:29), Murderers (Romans 1:29), The Deceitful (Romans 1:29), Backbiters (Romans 1:30), Haters of God (Romans 1:30), The Despiteful (Romans 1:30), The Proud (Romans 1:30), Boasters (Romans 1:30), Inventors of evil (Romans 1:30), Disobedient to parents (Romans 1:30), Covenant breakers (Romans 1:31), The Unmerciful (Romans 1:31), The Implacable (Romans 1:31), The Unrighteous (1Corinthians 6:9), Idolaters (1Corinthians 6:9), Adulterers (1Corinthians 6:9), The Effeminate (1Corinthians 6:9), Thieves (1Corinthians 6:10), Drunkards (1Corinthians 6:10), Reviler (1Corinthians 6:10), Extortioners (1Corinthians 6:10), The Fearful (Revelation 21:8), The Unbelieving (Revelation 21:8), The Abominable (Revelation 21:8), Whoremongers (Revelation 21:8), Sorcerers (Revelation 21:8), All Liars (Revelation 21:8)
