okay somebody went into my profile page and changed my freakin signature. Dont know why anybody would want to do that. Anyways thanks for everyone's feedback. Me and my classmates at my art school constantly talk about stuff like that and I never really get to talk about it with other fellow Christians. So thanks everyone!

Yes, that cover is absolutely, 100% pure evil straight from the bowels of hell!!!

Why would anyone even bother making a provocative statement like "Is God Dead"? Even if it is just a rhetorical question, why even question it? What purpose? You are looking at things WAY too superficially.

This article was the beginning of a long and sustained attack by the LIEberal media to destroy all Christianity from this nation, that carries on to this day. They began with asking an innocent question, kind of like the serpent in the Garden of Eden asking, "Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?" He asked this question to let the doubt settle in Eve's mind, to bore upon the space in her mind so he could start completely blasphemy ( "Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.")

In the same way, Time magazine was trying to create doubt in America's collective mind, and once that was done, the mainstream media kept pushing it further and further - the homosexual agenda, abortion, evolutionism, tolerance of other religions, women's rights, etc. All attacks on our pure Christian nation.

With Obama now in power, you will not have to wait long until you read a Time headline that just flatly says "God Is Dead". But that won't make it true.

Repent FreeMinded (False) Christian! Repent before it's too late and Jesus sends you right to hell!

Child, anyone who enjoys a personal relationship with Jesus Christ knows what kind of foolishness you're trying to bathe us in.

Time magazine's headline, graphic design, and popular take on organized religion are all so passé that I must think you're either very, very young or a desperate individual who's yearning for the peace that passeth understanding, which only Jesus can bring. Are you ready to accept Him as your personal Lord and Savior?

I think that the magazine headlines must come very high up in the list of "The Top 100 Questions to which the answer is 'No'"

Minor examples are headlines such as "Do we want Mass Murderers walking our streets?" or "Is Obama the answer to America's prayers?" or "Should I try to save the Planet by going Green?" or "Do Fossils prove evolution?"

You aren't even a Christian, are you.

What is "freeminded" supposed to mean?

"Meant to be"? You obviously need to spend more time thinking about what it means to abstain from all appearance of evil. I don't see anything in that verse that says that we need to abstain only from what is meant to be evil.

Please quote the scripture that backs up your idiotic claims.

That is NOT what MY Bible says.

Rom. 9:22-24: [What] if God, willing to shew [his] wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?

Joos? okay... I wholeheartedly do not doubt that the staff of Time Magazine very likely includes Christians and Christian staff members took part in releasing the issue. Like I said, I don't have a definite side taken. The image is there and its posted for the benefit of all those who wish to view it and analyze it ... in whatever way they wish. The Lord did not censor us to read only His word, but we have been put here to see and interpret the secular world around us.

Well, you clearly are taking sides since you chose to post an event that occurred over 40 years ago. You even posted that hateful image twice.

God is obviously not dead. Since He had no beginning, He can have no end. Also since Jesus is God, we know that He only died temporarily. He arose from the dead after 3 days. That's not dead.

Instead of reading dusty old secular magazines written by joos who want to destroy Christianity, why not study the Bible?
