Now I would have had no beef with this had your beliefs been based on fact (Those pesky conclusions provided by our sensory perception and ability to reason), but that you are willing to condemn someone to burn for all eternity based on no more than hearsay (No proof for the existence of God has yet been offered and the last supposed witnesses have been dead for 2000 odd years now) represents to me the utmost moral depravity.

She also noticed that as it is with all living things we as human individuals have to create our own daily sustenance in order to survive, and therefore we have to be concerned with the requirements of our survival, i.e. selfish, i.e. concerned with our own individual needs of survival..get it.

She did not regard it as moral for some to exist on the largess as others, no matter if sanctioned by a political mob, but she did observe that we are social beings and did not negate the fact that we are benevolent by nature.

Before I read this book I was a good baptist church boy. The book is called "Atlas Shrugged" and is written by Ayn Rand.

I tried to read Atlas Shrugged once. Pretty soon, the question stopped being "Who is John Galt?" and became "When will John Galt shut up?"
