Could this be because you aren't going to church and therefore have no idea how many young people are attending, God mocker?

Popularity won't buy you a ticket to the greatest rock and roll show in existence, the one in Heaven with our Sweet and Merciful Lord. Keep that in mind while listening to your heavy metal rock and roll records, young lady.

I see way more young people wearing heavy metal/ alternative music t-shirts and going to concerts than I see going to church. This trend is pretty universal which for me is proof that John Lennon will eventually be proved right and religion will eventually die out. Cant wait.

Thank you for that very accurate description.

What you forget is that it is still trash.

So, when the individualism and anarchy from the punk scene mixed with the epica stories and religious subjects of heavy metal, it seemed kind of obvious that they would be about the biggest individual will Vs authority conflict ever described, ergo the one between God and Satan.

Furthermore very few of thos involved in the scene believe in either of them, so their mentioning in the lyrics are symbols for the individual and the authority or norm.

    Thanks for your time

My english is very bad so if anything seems unclear please tell me and i will try to explain it in an other way.

God has given you a free will
Yes, free to follow His will...or not; and we know what happens then...

do not push others towards faith.
I'm going to listen to you over GOD? Doubtful.

Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

    Romans 10:14
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.

God is much higher than hypocrisy, and Satan never existed.
What's that new phrase the kids use these days. LOL (Loud Outward Laughing). I think that was warranted with your above statement. I'll be LOL'ing up in heaven when satan makes you eat those words.
