Dear God, man! I can't believe you ever read a book. I have to go to bed now, but please, while I'm asleep, please, please, please avail yourself of a book. Please.
Uh huh. That hurts. That completely devastated my psyche. Everyone who doesn't think like you must be stupid, right? It's definitely not that humans just naturally think differently or that there could be separate but equal paths to God or even...you could be wrong? Is that even possible? It can't be that. You're in way too deep for that to be possible. No one in that deep is at all capable of accepting the fact the their entire life could be based on a lie. The human mind does not allow it.
It is insanity. The idea that you can understand everything that has caused the entire fuucking universe...arrogance. It's crazy to even think about it.
You're not interested in reading it? I'm not surprised. It raises some pretty important questions about God. But you know, if your religion is infallible, it should be able to stand up to any sort of criticism. That's one thing you guys don't do well, take criticism. Maybe you should try turning the other cheek a little more often.
I could insult you. I could say "You're a crazy wackjob for believing in this shit. And seriously, that hat just makes you look like a Russian pimp." You would not react well. You guys take everything too seriously. Laugh it off once in a while.
It's just ridiculous. I'm leaving now, because I'm tired and your shit is really fuucking messed up. Literally straight out of the Dark Ages. I have one more request. Please, please, please ban me for life from this forum. I will never be tempted to come back and make fun of you guys some more, and you will never have to hear from me again. Everybody wins. Ban me.
Well, if it was a book that you studied day and night and knew inside out, that you taught about, whose standards you lived by every day, whose morals you campaigned for in the public sphere despite vast oposition, whose teachings you defended in the face of threats of violence and mockery, if you regularly traveled to some of the poorest nations of the world to spread its message, if you were available to counsel people by it almost day and night when you are free, if you ran an institution devoted to it at great personal expense and spent what little time you had left trying to help strangers on the internet learn the truth - while at the same time being accused of not believing in it - I might give you a listen.
And yet, it's just a book. Same as mine. Same as everyone else's book. They're all books that someone wrote down, billions of them, and yet you've devoted your entire life to just one. Think about the odds that that one book is the right one. They are motherfuuuuuuucking astronomical. I feel bad that you've wasted so much time, but at the same time, I have to live my life. I still have 60 years or so until I burn for eternity in Hell while you're up there looking down at me and laughing, so I might as well enjoy them.
It's pretty obvious. Would you believe me if I told you I read it in a book?

Oh, do tell us how you found out our "leaders" don't believe in our religion. I'm most interested in finding out where you gained this insight into their character.

We don't ask for any money from outsiders. So what are we doing? Giving our money to ourselves? The money that our faithful put into a collective pool to maintain our church buildings, keep the lights on, ensure our pastors have a decent standard of living, what's wrong with any of that?
Should our pastors also have to have a second job to support themselves while they support all of us spiritually?
I don't want a part time pastor, I want a full time pastor. And if that means I give to the church so he doesn't have to worry about grocery bills, or his phone being cut off, or his car being repossessed I'm more than happy to do so.
What's wrong with you?
See, what I'm telling you is that the leaders of your church do not believe in your religion. They take your money for the church and they live off of that income so they don't have to get real jobs. Is that clear enough for you or should I dumb it down some more?
