God hates the sin not the sinner.

God hates sin, but He loves the sinner, so much that he died for the sinner to remove sin.

He never condoned the sin himself, but HE never ever ever condemned the sinner, he only wished to help them and love them and forgive them.

So what does this mean then?

God hates the sin not the sinner. Its all over the New Testament.There is no particular verse which says this but it is a concept which is threaded throughout the entire Bible. God hates sin, but He loves the sinner, so much that he died for the sinner to remove sin. Judge not lest ye be judged. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

All over the Bible, it's full of the idea that you should loathe sin and the act of sinning or even thinking of the sin. Yet, all over the Bible, it's also full of teaching us that we are not perfect and that we should not judge and that we should love one another.
In the Sermon on the Mount Jesus even said it was a sin to think about sinning...but most of his life was spent around sinners. I would think an obvious example would be like the adulterous woman that he didnt hate, he loved and wanted to help (John 8:11) He never condoned the sin himself, but HE never ever ever condemned the sinner, he only wished to help them and love them and forgive them.

Let me introduce my self: I'm a clever guy, I dont really have a religion, I think (Agnostic) and I dont judge people by what they beleave, although there are exceptions (I dont agreed with people that think Rapping, killing...is ok), I´m not homosexual, but I dont judge Homosexuals, in fact I have a couple of homosexual friends and they are really kind and funny, I don´t do Drugs and did well in school.

Now on to the big picture:
I've been reading this post and I can't understand you guys: You only see the world thru a set of rules, written in a book, although you might say it´s the rules of GOD, I say "how do you know?" where you there to confirm? And also going back to the reason of this post, where in the bibble says that gay people should be treated as an abomination, isn´t it just your interpertation of what you want to believe? Dont come to me saying that "Because He is God and He SAYS SO." If there is a GOD doesn´t HE needs to be impartial? I mean a GOD can judge a person just because of they'r personality, and yes homosexuality ISN'T a life style they didn't chooce to become homosexuals they wore born "programed" that way and theres nothing we can do about it. Also I've noticed a contradiction:

Leviticus 19:15 "Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: THOU SHALT NOT RESPECT THE PERSON OF THE POOR..."

Proverbs 31:9 "Open thy mouth, JUDGE RIGHTEOUSLY, and PLEAD THE CAUSE OF THE POOR AND NEEDY."

Is it just me or these two contradict each other? The first one says not to give a crap (pardon my french ^^) to the poor, and the second one says to help and create awareness to the poor and needy, but that's just MY INTERPERTATION <---See what I did there?.

Just to finish things up i say :

John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

If you say GOD will judge you the same way you judge others, everyone here are basically screwed. Also don't say that Atheists are this and that you know that Atheists isn't a person, is a group of people, and not every person in that group shares the same characteristics that you people say, not all Atheists are bad people just as, not all christians are bad people.

Actually, no they do not. The first one in Leviticus means that you should not look down upon the poor beleivers in the King James English. Respect means partiality.

Read the same turn of phrase in the New Testament.

For there is no respect of persons with God.

Even if you never read a word of the Bible but knew only of Heaven and Hell, why would God put people He loved in Hell for all eternity?

Can you back that up with Scripture, or are you confusing your own vain sense of morality with God's Word? There are numerous examples of God hating sinners in the Holy Bible (KJV1611). For example:
