i never knew it was wicked to try and understand where a person is comming from and to agree with at least some of their religion. and by the way the only thing you know about my religion is that i am pagan. incase you didnt know pagan is an umbrella term that is used for alot of religions. so if you feel like insulting my religion please at least know a little about it first. i mean in my tryiing to understand your religion i have read the scriptures. its the least you could do

could you tell me how i can worship an entity that i do not believe in? i always thought worhip involved prayer, song, offerings etc etc. i don't make any if these to satan as i dont believe he exists

I am an old man and I have spent my life putting Pagans to death. I know more about the abominations of Pagan religions than you will ever know. For more than 40 years I cleansed the wilderness of Papua of animism and witchcraft.

The question here is more about you, as a visitor. How can you question I, Pastor Nereu Gargalo?

You profess to ask questions in order to learn "where we are coming from". But this is not the case. You have added ridicule to your posts at every turn showing us disrespect. Is this how you behave when invited to someone's house for dinner? When you are a guest?

I have no reason whatsover to respect you or your ignorant opinions. Unlike you I have studied the pagan religions. I just bet you have not even read Ovid's descriptions of the Pagan festivals held in Rome. Do you even know what the work is called?

Do you know how many animistic religions exist in Papua?

i am not sure what post you are talking about. however i am just gonna jump to the conclusion (because that seems to be a running trend on this site) that you believe the bible to be infallible.

well after havin a quick browse through my bible i found 2 wonderful passages:

"God is not like people. He tells no lies. He is not like humans. He doesn't change his mind. When he says something, he does it. When he makes a promise, he keeps it." Numbers 23:19

"So the LORD reconsidered his threat to destroy his people." Exodus 32:14

What do you make of this? I thought it was pretty interesting and wanted a more spiritually enlightned persons view

and you know what? you do seem to know more about paganism than i first thought. and for that i am sorry. i humbly admit that i was wrong and shouldnt have jumped to conclusions.

you say that i do not understand that which i profess to believe. i think you will find you are wrong. i never professed to follow any of papua'a religions. i wholehartedly understand that which i believe. and at the end of the day isn't christianiy more to you than just facts? the same applies to me and my religion.

at the end of the day i am a pagan. you cant change that. no more than i can change the fact that you are a christian that is set in his ways (and in a way i commend you for this. i may not agree with some of you views but at least you can stick to your guns) I have christian friends. I hav atheist friends. I have other pagan friends. and we dont let our religions get between us. in fact our varied spiritual backgrounds only helps us strengthen our relationships.

Our Lord, Jesus Christ, commanded us never to show respect to any other religions. Please read the scripture I have quoted. Non believers are referred to as darkness. Darkness in this case literally means evil, or, Satanic. This is precisely why Christians wiped out the Pagans. Make no mistake, it was not Christians who suffered at the hands of the Pagans, it was the Pagans who were utterly destroyed in Europe and throughout the Roman and Byzantine empires. This was done at our Lord's command. Justinian finally did away with the remnants of Paganism through his radical new Laws. Non Christians were all put to death.

If you expect to be shown respect by any Christian, well franlkly, you are barking up the wrong tree. All you can expect in your future is to suffer in eternal Hellfire.

Or you can confess your sins to God and Hope against Hope that originally he chose you to be a Christian. For we Christians are truly the chosen ones.

One must truly be sincere. Our Lord knows when one is lying.

1 John 2.22.Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
23.Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

If you do not truly believe, there can be no escape.

As for your friends, well I hope they are trying to show you the light. For that is also commanded.
