Pagan, they will only ever believe what they want to believe, and never anything else. I almost feel sorry for them because they are so close-minded they can't even see the beauty of the world right in front of them!

Therefore say unto the house of Israel, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Repent, and turn yourselves from your idols; and turn away your faces from all your abominations. (Ezekiel 14:4-6)

There's only one God, in other words, and setting up your favorite tree or rubber plant or pet rock as a proxy is quite an abomination.

You might not think that going ga-ga over a field full of goldenrod is Satanic -- but it is.

What you're doing is getting excited over a manifestation of mere beauty. Satan can seem beautiful. In the end he isn't. The goldenrod will wilt and be littered with the used condoms of fornicators.

True Christianity™will endure, and eventually the field will belong to True Christians™ (if it doesn't already), who will throw your sorry witchy asses out of there. Where will you find furniture then?

You think you're worshiping some element (as interpreted by people who didn't even know what the elements are) and filch some Greek or Celtic name you can't even pronounce to describe what you haven't even seen.

Wasn't it the Templars who were asked to kiss the anal opening of a goat? To be replaced at the last minute by the succulent lips of some wench?

In your case, the bunghole once you kiss it will still be the rosebud of the Devil himself, about as transsubstantiated as cheap cathylick wine feels on the morning after -- and even Wetbacks devoted to tacos de sesos have better dietary habits than Satan. Now and then they even wipe themselves.

    Sincerely,

do you acually believe this poop you spout out?

And the verse that you guys keep quoting, thou shall not suffer a witch to live. I read that verse and the entire passage around it. After reading it, the conclusion I got was that any woman who sleeps with a married man knowing that he is married has laid herself down with evil, for the man is evil for committing adultry. Therefore, she has made herslf a witch fo laying with a married man. But you guys go ahead and take everything so literally and only read one verse and then take it to mean that you can kill people for being witches!

Pagan_Child, I like the way you think.

I cannot stand when people are all self rightous and can't wait to point out everything wrong in someone else life. Well, just remember that when you point the finger at someone else, there are three pointing back at you.

You'll be very uncomfortable once you're in Hell, I can assure you. That's where you're going -- and there your beliefs will be as bootstraps to barefoot Bushmen unable to reach the levels of the industrialized world.

We love you, Pagan Child. We will easily forgive your snot-nosed tantrums and flagrant rejection of God's Truth -- but these are but the antics of an infant suckled on Miracle Whip and marshmallows flailing away at a spoonful of the cod liver oil he requires.

Your religious beliefs don't matter very much, in the final analysis -- disbelief in an oncoming vehicle won't prevent it from crushing you. They're your beliefs -- our beliefs have the advantage of being God's. We don't stand in the road bewildered, and we know the traffic signs of the End Times.

    Sincerely,
    Magna, née Magnus

Please try to separate your wants from your needs, friend. If this is really as difficult as Psyche's task of separating grains -- we can help you.

We don't hate you -- we hate your sin.

It's like this, Child -- you're sitting around pretending to worship trees and scratch at the surface of the earth for sustenance whilst doing reverence to the different faces of Satan ("gods") and shambling about saying things like "merry meet," which sounds like a secularist Xmas slogan sung in a butcher shop to Muzak gone awry.

But have you ever even held a hoe?

Paganism may have made sense to benighted pre-Christian dirt farmers (and later to Gore Vidal fawning over Julian the Apostate, whose paganism was just as fay as yours is), tilling the fields until they were so tired they thought rocks talked to them -- but how do these fantasies make sense when we have Jesus and GM crops?

Will you bow down to Monsanto? Red Dye Number One? Or maybe to the Lord of cyanide-laced Kool-Aid?

You might think of the Lord as a gorgeous, brand new combine, American-made, harvesting insect-free grain. Think of yourself as the insect. Jesus made you unnecessary long ago.

It was maybe OK for retarded troglodytes who couldn't even speak American English to fantasize about nymphs, like Narcissus. It is not OK to do that when you're sitting in front of the Internets, invented by God-fearing Americans, and the Word of the Lord, KJV 1611, is at your fingertips.

Still, even you can be saved.

    Sincerely,
    Magna, née Magnus

P.S. There's nothing inherently "matriarchal" about paganism, which can cover pretty much any faith in which Satan is multiplied by carnival mirrors, seeing which his rustic adherents, who've never glimpsed a looking glass before, say "ooh" and "aah." As to your problems with Daddy -- they're probably Freudian. Flectere si nequeo superos, Acheronta movebo. He was a nasty, messed-up little Satanist, too. And a Joo to boot.
