Matt 7:1 "judge not lest ye be judged"

Proverbs 31:9 Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment

Psalm 37:30 The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment

Just to mention few. As Brother Redeemed pointed out, Matthew 7 only tells us to be fair when we judge as Jesus has commanded us to judge.

I find you're way of thinking rather interesting. You are quoting The Old Testament as if you are giving away lollipops on a children's birthday. If we would still be living in the age of the old testament I would fully agree with you, but with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ a whole new era has begun: the end of times(which actually started since the birth of Jesus, but lets take it from his death and resurrection just for convenience)

Correct me if I am wrong, I am human so I do make mistakes, but wasn't it Jesus who said to love your neighbour the same way you love yourself? Wasn't it Jesus who told to forgive 7*70 times? And tell me, wasn't it the same Jesus who said that if you get hit or struck present him(your "wrongdo-er" your other cheek aswell? My interpretation of this is that Jesus, and with him our God, is a great God of love, compassion and joy. I do not deny the fact that he has another side as well, to which is referred more than often i this topic.

But hasn't he said that he gives everyone(including Atheïsts) the chance to turn around and accept him? Does he not have the same compassion for us as he has for the sinner with whom you might work? Does he not have the same compassion for you as a true christian as he has for that girl who is forced to prostitute?

I just don't know how to put it better than this... Most of you(in this topic, no offense intended) talk of these people, these brothers(or tell me, did they not sprung from Adam and Eve as well), as if they are animals who deserve to be slaughtered.

Aren't we the ones who are supposed to show them the love of our God? Aren't we the ones who are supposed to carry out his will and word? As far as I know that means we have to spread his will, we have to spread his love to EVERYONE in this world, and YES, EVERYONE does include Muslims, Atheïsts, Hindi, Buddhists and many more...

As someone said in this topic, we DO have to remove the beam from our eyes before we can remove the splinter from the eyes of our brethren. And if we do this with the love of our God we can only help our brethren with love and with love only.

So instead of ramping on on how they will be judged. Instead of gloating over their already dead bodies(and souls), I really do suggest we take up our arms and start spreading the word. Even among Atheïsts, as they too are children of our lord.

These are just my five cents, I was rather moved by the things I read in this topic. With my post I do not intend to offend anyone, anything or anyone's opinion. If I have done that I apologize for offending you, but I won't apologize for the words I said as I believe this is the will of our God.

Of course. No one has ever claimed here otherwise. Thing is, they really have to convert to Christianity, accept Jesus as their personal Saviour and start to follow every word of God or they will burn in hell for all eternity.

John 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Jesus also teach that we must follow entire bible, not just bits of it.

Matthew 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Old testament is very much viable even these days, at least according to Jesus. I think He knows little bit better than you.
