I am not against imagination at all, it is important to keep the imagination healthy, but when people who play D&D start to think it is more important than real life and is actually a part of real life is when imagination goes too far. This does happen, put the words "dungeons and dragons nerd" into youtube and you will probably see quite a few videos of idiots who think they are Gullwing the druid and actually can cast spells on people or whatever. .

There may be several different theories as to how this world got here and where we are from, some think we were put here by god others thing we are monkeys

the human mind only beleives what it thinks is the truth... some beleive that we all evolved from monkeys, whereas others beleive we were created by a single mighty being

Look we only need one of you (preferably neither) spouting the same dribble at us day in and day out.

Here's the deal: Back when I was a satanist my D&D buddies and I would sit around smoking pot and pretending to live in a world full of satanic references.

My mental capacity still hasen't full recovered.

Word to the Wise -- Stay away from Dungeons & Dragons! All it does is take away from time that you should be using to pray, read the Bible, and make Christian babies.

My nationality does not define my beliefs, i dont like to call myself an atheist or a christian, i am undecided. We are an incredibly diverse nation of lots of religions, much like your country, but slightly smaller scale, to call us all atheists is not quite right.

As far as creationist theory goes i think there is alot we don't know and I don't want to say i am Darwinist or Creationist, but im sure it will be revealed at some point.

There is nothing diverse about America; 80% of the population is Christian and the other 20% hate everything decent. In England the percentage of people who believe in God is only 30%.

You also have to consider the D&D nerds who turned into aging gothtards. These are the guys who STILL go to 'club 1984' every Thursday night to listen to 80's hits and stare pitifully at the younger goths who have so much more to live for.

i must agree with Mr. Maduro... this world is a wonderful place... but, what if D&D kept people out of drugs, real violence and out of the negativities of this world? ever think about that? it may also be there way to vent... what do you guys do to vent frustrations?

Maybe this Dungeons and Dragons game makes its players weak, to the point that when they do drag themselves out of the house, they are too spineless to deal with the negative aspects that the world presents. What if their lack of social skills leads them down a path to actual violence that was once confined to a game. Golly, it's just like those durned violent video games that the young people play.

And you want to know what I do to vent my frustrations? I pray.

Maybe this Dungeons and Dragons game makes its players weak, to the point that when they do drag themselves out of the house, they are too spineless to deal with the negative aspects that the world presents. What if their lack of social skills leads them down a path to actual violence that was once confined to a game. Golly, it's just like those durned violent video games that the young people play.

I wouldn't worry about that scenario too much...D&D players NEVER leave their homes (well their parent's homes really).

can you prove that they dont leave their homes? i play D&D on occasion because its a way for me and my friends to hang out and enjoy ourselves... the people who actually beleive that they are the characters that they play are idiots who need therapy... and Eugene, anybody who commits violence and blames it on a GAME is just looking for a way not to get in trouble
