What about the killing fields of the Khmer Rouge? It might be mysterious how gooks could manage to get anything done so efficiently, but I wouldn't think they're that beautiful. Or what about this image? Funny, certainly, a liberal or a Catholic might even find it erotic, but it doesn't really seem that mysterious or beautiful to me.

ok, if you all are Children of "God" then would you please stop saying he hates people -- because he's actually supposed to accept everyone no matter what, is he not? Goths and Emo's are not the demise of mankind and are not going to take us all to hell, i think it's the people that follow God so passionately that are going to take us to hell, honestly, all they do is whine about what they think, and how they think things should be. The WORLD is not going to change for a bunch on ignorant people who think they are better than everyone else, that's been proven in history. Many of these " Goths " and " Emos " might believe in Pegan religion, which has been around A LOT longer than Christianity has even been thought of, just as the Muslim religion and many, MANY others have been. Every culture has it's own aesthetics. In the gothic subculture, attire and makeup like that is considered beautiful, though every goth has their own individual spin on the style though.

No problem, Andrew, I'm just a little defensive sometimes. I do admit to being goth and I find everything mysterious and beautiful. Like just a few days ago, right after sunset, the moon was a perfect sliver of pink light left over from the Ancient Fire that guards our days.

This is what im talking about Bible thumpa! im not sure on his or her personal beleifs religeously but they sure as heck cherish and find many things beautiful!

2) From what i know:the things they see as beautiful are more or less different from what you'd think as beautiful..an example of this is individuality and being different from everyone where you may see it as more or less something bad because you prefer to stick to the mainstream

I know what it is more or less. Marilyn manson for example is NOT a goth hes just really weird and looks like one..plus hes a satanist..but at my church theirs a few goths who are pretty deep into the religeon..either way some of the things they say are just stupid. i get in fights with them not because their goths or emos but the way they are twards my friends and I.
