If I knew a True Christian(tm) woman who gave birth to a retarded, I'd immediately take her and the infant to the Pastors. They would exorcise the demon of retardedness from the child, and find out how the woman had fallen from grace to bring such shame upon herself.

Either she would have to be a backslidden True Christian(tm), in which case she'd be excommunicated, or was never a True Christian(tm) in the first place . . . in which case, she'd go to the Landover Christian Re-Education Camp.

I don't know. I have seen my sins come back and bite me in the ass and my children must carry the burden now too. It may be someone in the family brought this retarded curse upon them. I don't care for the chipper comment - funny though. However, perhaps having to care for a child with special needs is the lesson or punishment - this is the burden the family must bare for their sins.

Kind of like the homo who gets AIDS and then converts to a True Christian and changes his behavior or lives a chaste existance. He still has AIDS even though Christ may have chosen to save his soul. His suffering here will not be less.
