    Dear Person,

Of course the Down people are born with it. It is caused by trisomy of chromosome 21 or partial trisomy caused by translocation. That is well established. Who do you think is responsible for that disorder? Someone made a choice, and in this case it was perhaps the great-grandparents who decided to wallow in sin rather than follow Jesus. God gets His revenge eventually.

    Exodus 20:5
Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children
    unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;

Someone in the primordial cell line designed by God must have hated Him to cause the offspring this disease. It could also have been caused by choosing to give birth to bastards. This means that the choice could have been made in the 18th century or even a bit earlier. Still a choice by a sinner.

    Deuteronomy 23:2
A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.

Later in Life, people with Down could easily choose Jesus and pray the disease away! They could just ask to be cured!

    Matthew 21:22
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

If a Down person has tried and not been cured, it is a clear indication of a choice to dismiss Jesus, as He pays no heed to sinners' pleas.

    John 9:31
Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

QED: It is a choice by a sinner. Please provide us with Bible verses proving your claim if you still disagree (which you can't after reading the whole Truth™). Furthermore, we are the ones who spread Love. Is there greater Love than telling people, the sinner swarm, how they can get Eternal Life and Bliss, which is obviously hard (Matthew 7:14) but eventually well worth the effort. We don't hate. In contrast, we put ourselves on the line of hateful comments from people who wish to put their Eternal Life into jeopardy to be able to frolic and beget freely during our short visit on this doomed Earth. We Love. God hates those who dismiss him (Exodus 20:5, Malachi 1:3, Romans 9:13).

    Yours in Christ,

    Elmer

Friend, you could not be more wrong. Your comment is akin to telling a stone that it knows nothing about rock.
Also, no True Christian(tm) EVER argues. We follow Gods Divine Word(c) without question. He created everything and therefore, has all the answers.

That was very mean, dear. Cranky Old Man is a distinguished gentleman, you really need to learn to be more respectful if you wish to be respected yourself.

Also, I can disprove your entire argument, and it isn't even that hard.
Well, sweetie, if it ain't that hard then what is stopping you?

That Cranky Old Man is a noted biblical scholar who is consulted on many subjects by Christians from all over the world. His name is known throughout the civilized world and I assure you that his study of this subject is not "stupid". Further, I note that while you claim to be able to refute the results of this particular study, you did not do so. Let' see- false claims attempting to refute the truth, claiming to have knowledge of special secret information that doesn't exist, smug lies- you must be a Democrat. Reject the work of Satan, Lad. It will all come to a bad end. Only through Jesus will you eventually be received in Heaven.

Life is really easy. Obey God and you go to Heaven. Unfortunately liberal atheist Nazis are finding ways to make everything needlessly complicated. If you repeat something nonsensical over and over again, simple minded people start believing it. A well known example is homosexuals. More and more people believe that being gay is not a choice but something people are born with. Completely ridiculous of course.

Fortunately there are always decent Christian people who are working on fixing these common misconceptions. Take Michele Bachmann's husband Marcus Bachmann for example. He has created the Christian counseling clinic where homosexuals can get cured from their disease by praying the gay away. Of course the liberal media is twisting this into claims that Marcus Bachmann himself is gay. This is utterly ridiculous as it would be impossible to become gay while you are married to a nice Christian lady like Michele Bachmann. There has been some debate on the $137,000 tax money Michele Bachmann allocated to her husbands business, but clearly we are talking about a Godly mission here, well worth some hard earned American tax dollars.

But we have a bigger problem here. Most people recognize that being gay is just a filthy choice, comparable with choosing to become a hippie vegan or a vegetarian child rapist. Unfortunately only few people recognize that down syndrome is also a lifestyle choice!

Down syndrome has been invented by people who are too lazy to study, too lazy to work and even too lazy to wipe their own butts. By acting like complete idiots they avoid scrutiny and get passed all checks in our system to receive free care and free money without ever having to do anything to actually deserve all that. Parents who are too lazy to properly raise their children teach their children to behave like drooling idiots so they no longer have to fulfill their parental duties.

No doubt some liberal atheists will start screaming that being gay isn't a lifestyle choice, down syndrome isn't a lifestyle choice and being vegan isn't a lifestyle choice. Fortunately it is easy to prove that down syndrome is indeed nothing but a lifestyle choice! Most people choosing down syndrome are too lazy to have children. But those who do have children, always have children who are also choosing this lifestyle. Not different from hippie parents having hippie children, where being a hippie is also clearly a lifestyle choice. At least until some idiot liberal God mocker starts claiming that all hippies have a genetic disease forcing them to smoke pot.

Unfortunately the misconception that down syndrome is not a lifestyle will be hard to fight. Parents having their children trained to behave like drooling idiots will refuse to cooperate because they are simply to lazy to properly raise their children. The solution here is to punish both the parents and the children. All of them should be put to work in labor camps. Also every medical and government program aimed at wasting money on these people should be terminated immediately.

Michele Bachmann has already promised that she will solve all our economic problems in at most a week once she becomes president. This will no doubt be one of her ways to achieve that.
I generally try to be as understanding and calm as possible, but this is the most stupid thing I've read all week. Also, I can disprove your entire argument, and it isn't even that hard.

A personal attack like that is uncalled for. On this this board we have the credentials of True Christians™ posted for all to see. There are Ph. D.'s, pastors and professional people from many fields. They are here to help those who do not understand the message of Jesus Christ.

More appropriate than insults would be expressions of appreciation for the time these professional people spend here helping you avoid eternity in hell.

The will of God is very clearly written down for each and every one of us to follow or not. Just lift up a Holy Bible (KJV 1611) and you'll see what I mean.

By the way, God is the only way. And the only way to God is through his Son Jesus.

    I will pray for you.

Is this really how they raise them in Sunday Schools these days?

    Does that tell you anything?

...Didymus on these forums recently told me that it didn't matter what [certain bands he disliked] claimed, Jesus knew the truth of their salvation. And he was right...
That verse I cited says Jesus doesn't care what you call yourself, or what you claim to believe, He'll know His own by their actions, and whether those actions align with His wishes.

Now, our only guide to said wishes is the Bible. If you would care to show where the Bible says that anything the True Christians™ say or do goes against those wishes, please cite the specific book, chapter, and verse (KJV1611 preferred). Blanket accusations completely devoid of support or evidence only make you look the fool.
