  • Just For Fun - What's Your Favorite Artist?

There is a lot of different artwork I love. Among them is the work of Andy Warhol. What's your favorite art/artist?

I tried to come up with an answer to your question, but could only find one artist that qualified as a what:
May you be a blessing to every life you touch.

Dear Cheeses.... "WHAT'S" my favorite artist?! I suppose that would be Etch-a-Sketch.

Sinner, you gotta get Right with JESUS and GrammaR Sue Vera. If you mean WHO is my favorite artist, that would be he who painted the most adorable picture of JESUS - with His Blue Eyes and flowing Robe.

Congregation! Post him your favorite pictures of JESUS! Show him what we're made of (uh-oh)

        Elephants are good artists, too.

I'm not really an art critic. I just know what I like when I see it.

Thomas Kinkade, without question. He's known as the Painter of Light you know. His tranquil scenes remind me of a simpler, more Christian time.

Salvador Dali' is pretty weird, but at least he has good taste in subject matter:
Things are going to get worse before they get better.

Sadly, Brothers, the first thing Michelle Obama did when she moved into the White House is to remove all of the Kinkades that Laura Bush had so tastefully hung in the private residence

It'll come as no surprise to you what Michelle replaced them with:

                          Well said Brother Wide-Open.

Considering then mortal artists, I rather like something before which one can sit and admire its beauty time and time again. Hans Baldung is hard to beat, I have the original. It is such a touching reminder of our own mortality.

Of course, any art that glorifies our Lord and Saviour is OK by me too. I have a large print of this hanging in my living room.

I have lovely pictures of a blond haired blue eyed Jesus on every wall of the house. As a parent I must also show my little soldiers what will be waiting for them if they get out of line. I have these pictures of hell blown up to wall size in each of their rooms.
