Many Christian groups across the country are talking about 250 Birthday celebrations. Just now there is a big event scheduled in DC where people, including President Trump, will read parts of the Bible. These are nice, but we should really be bringing to the world's attention to how great the U.S. is, where and how it leads the world and its major accomplishments. While others may have ideas on what these major accomplishments are, I am going to list two that stand out. These two achievements are what today leaders around the world point to as reasons for admiring this country:
1. The election of Donald J. Trump as President.
2. The refusal of some preachers to do homer weddings.
Perhaps there are other accomplishments that rank as high as these two.
