Everything around you! No matter what religion you are, the deity created everything. For me, it is God. In my opinion, he created everything in the world.

Have you ever read the stories of what happens when you don't believe? You spend eternity in hell, no water, and apart from god. Camus was saying, I'd rather believe in God all my life and nothing happen when I die as to Not believing and go to hell when I die.
