9/11 was a faith-based initiative.

That's bigotry against believers, even if it is against believers in the Is-lame-ic moon demon instead of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

I make no attempt to minimise your grief, I just point out that other have suffered for acts of terror and the cost has been just as great.

9/11 is the only important tragedy in world history. Everything else happened to foreigners.

That attitude does nothing but perpetuate the feelings of distrust and loathing that many around the world have for your country and make it very difficult for the world to move towards peaceful acceptance of each other, but that may be you goal.

You realize that 9/11 happened in the United States of America, right? There are no feelings of distrust about God's Favorite Country(r). Everybody worships us because we are the smartest, strongest, cleanest nation in the world and our women shave their armpits. Plus, the only really bad thing that has ever happened was 9/11. Stop not worshiping us.
