The Good Pastor may reply, but in the meantime:

M't:16:15: He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
M't:16:16: And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
M't:16:17: And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
M't:16:18: And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Mr Martin, the odd verse here and there is not good enough, lets have some context.

Yes, yes, there is the play upon words in Greek, Latin and Aramaic – something that the “church” of Rome has taken out of context and to heart to justify their unbridled lust for power and wealth as usual.

Ask yourself, “To what is Christ referring when He says, “and upon this rock I will build my church””? Surely it is obvious that He is referring to the answer given in M't:16:16: “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.”

If it helps you, just see the words, “this rock” as “the belief that I am the Christ, the Son of the living God.” And see how much sense it makes.

This is the basis of Christianity.

If it is not, why do we then get,

“M't:16:22: Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee.
M't:16:23: But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.”?

Was Peter always going to be the best choice? I think not.

On the other hand, I can’t think of a pope that didn’t “savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.”

And please use KJV – “Hades” is the Greek underworld filled with pagans (similar to you heathens really) – no-one here ever expected "Hades" to be a problem, but hell was always going to require some Godly work.

Well, the most graphic violence on the history of the boards, would be a description of the things I would rather have happen to me here on earth than leave Rome for Freehold and punch my one-way ticket to hell.

He never does. He is proven wrong time and time again, but that never stops him from attempting to derail the discussion or bringing up the same discredited objections over and over again.

    Oh, that's just too easy.

Luke 11:27-28: And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed [is] the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. But he said, Yea rather, blessed [are] they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

Don't make that same mistake. Join us in True Christianity™, so you can hear the Word of God, keep it, and be blessed.

'Major Tom' is a Space Cadet. Haven't you ever heard the song? It's about a homo astronaut.

Brother Obadiah! I stand in awe and amazement; never has such a long felt want been so richly fulfilled.

My 12 sons and 8 daughters have delivered me, so far, 46 grandchildren, with one more in the oven doing nicely. I ordered a copy of each for all of them and appreciate the discount for quantity. I awaited their delivery with a similar joy of anticipation as we await the Rapture. I was not disappointed.

    (Warning spoilers follow)

In Molested by Murderous Muhammad the pop-ups of the severing of limbs is beyond compare.

In Buddha Burns, the scratch-‘n-sniff fiery pit is a genius touch.

In Holy Cow, I do not know how you managed to obtain the quality of the art work – as the Untouchable Caste female, with the starving child, has her kidneys removed by the Brahman doctor…one can fairly feel the pain.

In Money Talks: Conversations With a New York Jew, the 2 elder generations of the Bathfire family nodded sagely as the hero’s father, Izzy Blumstein, charges Sheldon $5 for an extra portion of sour cream at his own Bah Mitzvah.

There is so much education and well-researched truths here and so lovingly prepared.

I am pleased, but not surprised, to hear Jungle Bungle has over 100,000 advance sales already – I’m amongst them!

Please, you really must put your ideas to work on the anti-Christ in Rome.

If he does make that next book, do I get 5%?

Major Tom, we have read the Bible and looked her up, and as we've told you repeatedly, your "Blessed Virgin Mary" goddess is a satanic parody of the real Mary as described in Scripture. Of course, you have stopped up your ears against sound teaching and scream, "So-and-so is a liar!" whenever we present Biblically sourced evidence.

Brother Vayne, I do believe that Major Tom has given you an excellent suggestion for your next book.
