I have one question for you. Can you prove to me that Christian literature was divinely inspired? Also when I said that I respect other's beliefs, I meant within reason.

That's the proof of the Bible sorted out.

As for "within reason" what a cop out on your part. Yet we are not allowed to call you a filthy hell bound heathen, apparently. This despite the fact we are respecting your beliefs as much as you respect ours: "within reason" i.e. as much as the Bible tells us to (not at all).

You, sir, are a mealy mouthed hypocrite trying to preach your doctrine of unbelief just so we think sodomy is OK and nothing will happen to us if we do it.

Forgive me if I happen to meddle in the conversation, but I was intrigued by the title of this post. You see a couple of years ago I was once an atheist too, so if you don't mind I would like to share some of my story of being one.

You see once upon a time I was a proud young 22 years old atheist boy who possessed a few grand in my bank account. During those days I could afford to throw all that I've earned into prostitutes and expensive drinks without any regrets, and during my days as an Atheist I recalled that Sex is the only thing I thought about. Having sex with prostitutes was one of my biggest habit. My aunt used to bash me every day with the bible whenever I get to hang out with one of the Jap-hooker. She ( my aunt ) used to pissed me off so much and at one stage I get to point a revolver onto her head and I threatened to shoot her between her eye brows if she kept on blabbering John 3:16.

So yeah, I got into a lot of commotions when I was an atheist and to make it more worse; being an atheist made me hear voices inside my head. Voices that tells me to hate JESUS and rape anything that moves.

Thanks for sharing you experiences. I'm not actually sure you were an antheist. Atheists are know to have homer impluses. I didn't see that in your testimony.

This sounds dreadful. None of it surprises me. The atheists we get coming into Landover are without exception rude, ill mannered oafs who are only interested in their own opinions. They simply cannot accept that they are wrong and we are right. This is their worst failing. Then there is the sexual deviancy and their universal hatred of children.

On further note; Atheist are skeptical of everything, even towards the notion of rape for instance ( I know this because I spend my time arguing with them all the time in youtube ). Atheist wouldn't believe such thing exists until it's been proven towards them.

Indeed, and they are quite stupid, too. For instance, the atheists talk about some "String Theory." Can you imagine being so stupid that a bunch of so-called smarties get the idea one day that the whole universe comes from string?! What nonsense!

Being an atheist must be horrible. All atheists rape babies, drink, are on drugs, support Obummer so they can spend there welfare on crack, and lube for raping babies. (A violation of Leviticus 18:22, and any atheist, or person who rapes a baby should be killed in accordance with Leviticus 20:13, and Romans 6:23) Also drugs alter the mind 1 Peter 5:8 Stay vigilant! Atheists are capable of no good Psalm 14:1, so clearly they do things like rob banks (Exodus 20:15), and kill people (Exodus 20:13) for money to feed their drug addictions.

Hilarious! The hilarious part being that you apparently have absolutely no grasp or understanding of any scientific concept. Some of the other 'True Christians' have at least rudimentary knowledge. Get with the program.

On topic now, atheists.
Logical reasoning would tell you why you and not atheists are the ones who are empty. But since most of you are incapable of that, I'm guess I'll spell it out.

You agree that you were all atheists from birth.
As children, you were probably either neglected, brainwashed, or just plain stupid. Neglected children tend to have a strong desire for love. When you grew into adults, this is the reason you looked to God and the Bible for guidance/love/etc. You were empty, and tried to fill your hole with Christianity. In other words, lying to yourselves to make yourselves feel better.
Atheists, however, don't need God because they never felt empty inside. So they remained atheists, from childhood to adulthood.

Another reason you're Christian may be fear of death. I'll finish this up later.

It's a good idea to avoid arguing with the truth. Which is what you did, good job.

Anyway, continuing from where I left off, another reason you might have floated to this particularly deluded branch of Christianity is because you fear death. You are uncomfortable not knowing what happens after you die. You use the bible to pretend you know even though, in reality, you don't have a clue. And you tell people they're going to Hell, just to make yourselves feel superior to them.

Nobody has any clue what's going to happen when we die. The most likely scenario is that death is like everlasting deep sleep. Which is pretty peaceful to me.

The heaven/hell scenario, though possible, is about as likely as turning into a fluffy bunny flying in space when you die.
