Liberal Washington, DC, is not a safe place. A few years ago, some patriotic Trump supporting Americans came to the capital to express their views. One women trying to get into the building was shot. Why didn't local police protect her?
Now, the same thing has happened to two National Guard troops. President Trump expected local police to take care of the Guard. Two were shot, one died. Why weren't they guarded and protected? If 500 more Guard troops are sent to DC who is going to protect them? When visitors come to a city, they expect to be safe.
