Your forum has been used on other forums as an example of religious groups around the world, especially your creationism science part ( which with no disrespect to you people did cause a lot of laughs ). And Vigoss did actually come from a video game forum so you can understand his shock and bad language.

Although i won't go in to details i do suggest you do make this a private forum, because a lot of people did read the old testament and will never understand how you can follow the bible by THE LETTER without becoming a modern day extremists.

Although i do find it very amusing how you can mutilate Science in so many ways and follow blindly people who do it for a living and yet use the internet w/o a moment of thought.

The "Burn a Queeran Day" event is being held by the Dove World Outreach Center in Gainesville, Florida.



Landover's event is a church members-only event in Freehold, publicized only on the church's own website, via church flyers, and through ads in the town's local paper.

Fact of the matter is that even science aside, although geology - biology - astrophysics does tend to throw the 6000 year old earth story aside, i lived in Asia for 3 years and did find a great deal about Buddhism and after visiting The Vatican 2 summers ago i was amazed at the massive similarities between Buddha and Jesus not only in their lessons, but also in their biography.

We constantly see the rudeness, immaturity and bad language from "gamers", all this does is confirm in our minds that our ban against letting our children play these games is right. As for being posted on other boards and mocked, well Jesus told us this would happen.

• Buddha died from food poisoning from eating bad pork.

To enhance the Reverend's point. There is a superficial resemblance between Christ and Buddha, so what? They both were human beings, that means they are going to share certain life experiences. They did similar extraordinary things, again they both were extraordinary humans. The message of these two figures is radically different and that is the part that counts. Jesus was about life everlasting and Buddha was about how to kill yourself gracefully.
