Basically, your friend Aletheides is saying that Obama will let out all his islamist buddies from Gitmo so they can have the freedom to maim innocent Christian women and babies. Obama seems to think that the enemy combatants are neither the enemy nor combatants. I should imagine that he will give them all Green Cards and compensation packages of around $100,000 each of your taxes. To pay for this, Obama will have to raise tax on gas.

Obama thinks that it is not fair that these killers are kept from America, because the work of allah is not yet done.

Jonathan, you will probably see this as a jihadist's rights being given to him, whilst here in the US Obama will start his work to limit your freedoms, because you are less important that some foreigner who tries to kill our troops.

Bush did not "hand pick" anybody--that would imply that he was there pointing out which individuals should be imprisoned.

The right of habeas corpus dictates that a person cannot be imprisoned indefinitely without cause or due process of the law.

It's not their fault that they've been indoctrinated from birth (not so unlike all of you) by a terrorist regime. They all think that were a huge, sinful, bully of a nation out to destroy their religion. Which from the sounds of all of you is not too far from the truth.
