Then why don't you obey Him?

The way to CHRIST's unconditional love is by doing everything He commands.

If I may say, it sounds to me like you're kidnapping Baby Jesus from his natural habitat and place of birth, to use to your own ends.

Jesus doesn't need you to "reform" him in any way. He's got along just fine for about 2,000 years now, all on his own.

Psalm 12:6 The words of the LORD are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times

Amy Grant does not play rock music, her style of music is typically reffered to as CCM(contemporary christian music). As far as her actions, they are a disgrace to all christians, and she must, if she has not already, repent of them.

Can you give me an example of a christian rock band supporting fornication? If you mean that it is simply because of the genre, can you please explain how you can compare christian artists with secular ones? As far as I'm concerned, they are as different as christian pastors are from satan's "pastors" or whatever the "church" of satan calls their evil leaders, and if you don't believe they are different, could you kindly explain why?

Please do not try to confuse the issue. Illegal drugs are illegal drugs, and music which promotes fornication is NOT of the Lord.

I don't know how they come up with those graphs, but, clearly, the quality of rock music has plummeted as the legends have dried up and died off.

The subject of Rock music here at Landover Baptist has been well researched and the questions repeatedly answered. For a more detailed read for the uneducated the following threads might shed some light.

One poster here, named "Wrong Again Floyd", appeared one day to take us on:

    http://www.landoverbaptist.net/showthread.php?t=1741

One of our Godly Pastors, Jeb Thurmond, righteously exposes the sorry history of Rock music in this thread:

    http://www.landoverbaptist.net/showthread.php?t=7464

In more recent news, I have on my desk for peer review a yet to be published scholarly paper from Landover Baptist University on the subject of domestic oil production and Rock music.

Friends, we know the DEMONcrats have been blocking domestic oil production in this country for decades. What is heretofore not been known is the Satanic link to Rock music. The decline in domestic oil has lead to a decline of Rock music in this country as well. This has provided an opening for the rise of even more sinister forms of music, the afro-negra inspired rap and hip-hop (not to mention punk and metal). These rock inspired drum beats have lulled the American people to shockingly elect a nigra to the White House this past November.

What are you? Some sort of Devil worshipper who has a passing acquaintance with God's Word? Jesus is God The Father, God The Father is The Holy Spirit and The Holy Spirit is Jesus - have you ever heard of "The Holy Trinity" - The 3-in-One?

A Bridge? A bridge! Who needs a Bridge??? That's a Bridge to nowhere!!!

As for "caterwauling you call music", have you ever heard any songs from ********? If not, I encourage you to listen to a song from ******** called "Come My Way", which is about how we, as imperfect humans, cannot make it to God and thus need Jesus to "bridge the gap" by coming to us, hence the name "Come My Way". In case you're worried about listening to it, it sounds like a hymnn, in that there is only singing and piano, no guitars or drums ect. If you want to listen to it, you go to Amazon.com or iTunes.

Why, I wouldn't be surprized if you haven't already thought about learning to play the guitar. Am I right? You'll end up like this sinner here. Killed by some whacked out fan. A fan who probably started out listening to Christian Rock.

I have always stipulated that Brother Harold was NO WHERE NEAR Columbus when this incident occurred. He also adamantly maintains that he did not look when DD dropped his pants and crapped in a steel bucket onstage.

The man who Jesus questioned correctly stated, "He who showed mercy on him". Jesus confirmed the man's answer by saying, "Go and do likewise".
