                    One should perhaps invest a little more research before throwing about labels. I am neither gay(be it in the happy, or homosexual sense) nor a goth, have you ever seen either one of these types of people on a construction site? Frankly I don't care much for goths. So on to your rebuttal, is there a place where the bible states how a modern man/woman should dress?

                    O and the reason I felt the need to tell you this personal part about myself is that I was referd to as a "gun boy" and frankly I am.

                    One last thing, have you ever noticed that you have a very noticable tendency of refering to homosexuality when confronting someone who's opinion you may not agree with?

                        Deuteronomy 22:5 - A person should wear clothing made for there sex

                        Deuteronomy 22:11 - pretty simple don't wear clothes woven of both wool and linen.

                        1 Timothy 2:9 - Refers to what a woman should wear when worshiing god, not refering to clothing, but to the fact that it should be her good deeds that decorate her. Gold and jewelry do not a good person make.

                        1 Peter 3:3 - Again talking about how personal beauty should come from within for a wife, be represented by her good deeds , so that if her husband dosen't have faith he will find it through her actions.

                        1 Corinthians 11:14-15 - is not so much a refference to long hair as it is to a man wearing hats/head coverings in church.

                        Zephaniah 1:8 - IS actually refering to all the things and people he will punish/destroy, not how a person should dress.

                        Ezekiel 44:15-18 - Refers to specifically what a preist should wear when in attendence of the temple, not what your average man should wear.

                        So very close on those. You did get 2 outa 7 though. So not bad overall, but a little less then I would have expected out of one of such renoun as your self.

                        O and as to my being a christian, I believe a persons actions should speak louder then there tounges, so I think for now I will keep my religion to myself and let you decide for your self. As to weather I own a bible, yes actually, I own several. Some quite old. I'm a bit of a bibliophile(not the OCD type), and an antiquarian of some degree.

As to what I asked, I quite specifically asked if there were any verses that gave examples of what a "modern" man, or woman whould wear. Instead of giveing me that you gave me a plethura of versus out of which only two could be applied to my criteria. Two I might point out that any god fearing christian should already know. The other five while mentioning clothes, really had nothing to do with what a person should wear in there daily life, or am I mistaken?

                              You mentioned that you have a collection of many versions of the Bible. You quoted from a false Bible. Therefore it is a safe assumption that you are using a false Bible. I quoted all of the applicable verses there are in the KJV Holy Bible. Again, you fail to offer any gratitude, only egotististical scoffing and hatred.

                              You also seem to think that God's admonitions about clothing, apparel and fashions is out dated and to be ignored by "modern man or woman". You are deeply mistaken on this point. God's Holy Word is eternal and comes with only one time limit: The Rapture. There is no verse in the Bible that releases us from following ALL of His commandments, nor does He tell us that we can ignore His fashion rules at any point it becomes inconvenient for you.
