That's what one gets for reading in this present secular Society, I suppose...

Sister JennyD, come Clean with us now: Did the Monthly Visitor stock any of those *Spirited* beverages? Or even possibly did it even contain some non-Christian "books" that needed immolation? Hmmmm?
That could explain why it went up so fast. It really was quite a glow.

Of course I was on Hong Kong on a Missionary trip that night.

Perhaps you failed to notice the bright orange glow in the eastern sky one night about a month ago, when a gang dressed up to look like Landover's security team surrounded the Monthly Visitor and burned it to the ground . . . Conveniently enough, just two days after Pastor Ezekiel accused me of lying about my income and not tithing enough, and saying he'd revoke "fire protection" if I didn't "cough up more for Jesus".

Well, anyway. I can explain - I Swear to JESUS. After I moved into Dora Denkins' former Home on Mary Magdalene Lane, I Hated to just throw all out all of what she had left behind after being evicted. Waste not, want not, is a True Christian™ Virtue, I always say!

I also found several of those little Easter bunnies down in the cellar, just a-gnawing away. I still have a wide selection of them for adoption to a Proper Home at a Decent price. Here are a few of many for your perusal:

JESUS! Where have I actually admitted to wearing those monstrosities?

Anyway, I don't even have them any more. Officer Don came by to do a thorough body cavity search and then checked my closet. He spent some time all alone in there and came out wearing these shoes (along with a few other of my....items...and insisted on taking them Home with him. Perhaps Sister Victory Over Sex has even more Delicate feet than mine. And so of course I am more than willing
to help out any True Christian - Sister, Brother, or both.

Perhaps the Good Officer might post of this experience in his "Policing Freehold" thread. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting, though

PS JESUS Sister JennyD! Do I squeal on you about all of those 'untrimmed bushes' over there at the Monthly Visitor? Hah?

None of those shoes look practical (except for sister Talitha's boots. They all need good solid steel toes. Didn't Diana Rigg (the TRUE UK Princess) wear something similar?

Sweet Sister Sue, you know you put your soul in danger with the wrong pair of shoes. I think you had better get a pair of these (very practical) Liz Bakers from JC Penny. Especially with the H1N1 virus out there, you wouldn't want to expose your precious little piggies.

Sister Talitha, now that is a comely and Godly pair of boots for church gatherings and social occasions. But what boots do you wear for everyday, when the need to pursue evildoers or track game may arise at any time?

    In Christ,
    Warren
