i reuse to talk to james so that out of the way......is it right to call a colored person a nigger/porch monkey/ect or a hispanic person messcan/beaner/ect and so on u get the point?

The word around here is more commonly, 'nigra'. Apart from that, if it helps to clarify the Godly lesson being taught, so that all comprehend that God made the races distinct for a purpose then, how, do you suggest, it might be at all wrong?

Goodness me! In say 100 years time, the word "Californian" may be as badly thought of as your use of 'nigger' and people will look back and mock those who used it.

OTOH "beaner" may be a term for an exceptionally hard working person (though I doubt it.)

Are we to be held hostage by fate in the way we speak?

Absolutely! We are given, By The Grace of God several examples, of which this is one:

Ti:1:12: One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.

However! I would warn you NOT to call them "slurs"; they are "God-approved descriptions!"
