Friends,
My sister and her husband in Colorado have been trying for years to have children. Rather than praying for and relying upon the LORD's succor, they turned to secular science to open her womb. My mother tells me that Eunice was going into the doctor on a regular basis to get a bunch of hormone shots in her belly. They were finally able to conceive, and until today, she was about 7 months along in her pregnancy.
My mother called earlier this evening to inform me that Eunice miscarried her baby this morning and asked me to give her a call some time in the next couple of days to give her some support in this difficult time. I think the best support I can offer is to put this matter in the perspective of God's Word.
There are two points I wish to stress:
I have the first part covered. However, I realize that presenting her with the Bible Facts that indicate her unborn child is in hell could come across as rather indelicate and quite possibly ruffle some feathers if I am too forward. This is important for her to understand, though, and I would be doing her a grave disservice to just brush it under the rug and pretend like that's not the case.
Scripture is very clear that children are born into sin:
Psalm 51:5
Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.
Psalm 58:3
The wicked are estranged from the womb: they go astray as soon as they be born, speaking lies.
When anyone dies without accepting Jesus Christ as their personal LORD and Savior, they are doomed to spend eternity in the lake of fire with satan and his minions, whether they are young or old. God chooses who will stand among His elect and who is preordained to eternal torments from the time before they are even a glimmer in their parents' eyes.
John 6:64-65
But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.
And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
Romans 9:21
Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
Jude 1:4
For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
In fact, if God does not want you in Heaven, He will see to it Himself that you become deluded and blind to His Truth.
II Thessalonians 2:11-12
And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
It is pretty clear to me that miscarried babies are just trash souls that God didn't want in Heaven in the first place, so He's just saving everyone the trouble of having them born into the world at all.
Which brings me back to my original question:
How do I broach this potentially delicate matter with my sister? She at least calls herself a Christian, so she should hopefully be able to understand.
Thanks in advance for the advice!

- Her baby is dead because she put her faith in secular science rather than in the LORD; and
- Her dead baby is in hell because it did not have a chance to accept Jesus.
