Daisy Mae, you certainly will make a lovely bride. Pastor Zeke, give that picture some serious thought.

You just wrote two contradictory statements about Jesus' love. Which is it? Does Jesus love everyone, or only those who would accept His forgiveness?
Jesus loves everyone, however, he doesn't force people to accept his forgiveness. It causes him pain to see people he loves turn his back on him and accept the ways of the world (resulting in hell) when he died to save them and they could live with him for eternity. He loves regardless of that fact that many do not love him (1 John 4:10) This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

and because i'll get in trouble again for using a "heritical version of the bible that twists God's words" i'll post it in KJV too.

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiationfor our sins.

Nice job of cherry picking there. Your deceit will fail. Notice at the beginning of that Epistle who John is addressing -- Beloved. He is addressing true Christian members of his church. Not the general public. Remember John's Epistles are the only place where an antichrist is seen. Antichrists are other Christians who hold views that are opposed to John's. Ergo John is not saying that Jesus died for everyone, but only True Christians(tm) who accepted him.

            Remember Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

That means that every last one of us deserve to go to hell. Nothing we could possibly do would make us worthy of heaven. And then Jesus came
And died for the sins of the world, giving anyone who chooses to accept it (homosexuals, rapists, thieves, you and me) the way to heaven. Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Also Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
That is amazing love that he would do that for us, when we so deserve nothing more than to burn in hell. Jesus died that anyone who calls on his name could saved. It saddens me that many choose to reject his love and continue to live in the ways of the world.

But there is something we can do that is unforgivable and God will never let anyone into Heaven after doing it even once.

Matthew 12:31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

Salvation is not for everyone. It is only those who God called and predestined before the beginning of the world.

Proverbs 16:4 The LORD hath made all things for himself: yea, even the wicked for the day of evil.

Romans 8:29-31 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

Ephesians 1:4-5 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

What will God do to those He doesn't call?

2 Thessalonians 2:11-13 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation

I think it's amazing, but those who are not predestined servants of Christ probably think it sucks that God doesn't let everyone in.

              To them, I say.

I'm not married as I'm faaar too young for that (married at 20? Ew) but I will say I lost my virginity at 16 to a man who was 36 at the time. Haha, imagine how ridiculous it would be if we'd actually gotten married. : P My current boyfriend is the same age as me and soon he'll be the second person to have sex with me and I can't wait. > u< He's also my daddy as we have a daddy/little girl relationship so my brain doesn't usually acknowledge that we're the same age so he might as well be 36 too! lol

This is not "Dear Penthouse Forum reader, this is my journey to become a spawn of Satan." Salacious, lascivious writing is inappropriate here.

Thank you Brother. I don't want to rush him or anything. Sometimes my clock starts ticking loudly and I envision little Zeke's pattering through the house.

                      <sigh> I can't wait.

Re: How old were you when you were married?

I am not married yet, but I want to be married as soon as I come into my unclean period (yes, I am very late, but so was my mother) so I don't miss any chances having Soldiers for Christ.
In Sweden one can get married over the age of 16, you just have to ask the state for premission until you turn 18.
I really can not wait until I can become a wife!

I was married once but the woman was faking her faith in Christ and the Lord. Naturally I left her once I found out. Now I have trouble finding someone who truly believes in the Lord.
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" John 3:16

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit" Matthew 28:19

You did this on your own, or did you rely on some Biblical verses to sanction such action?
