This sort of comment bothers me, personally. I take offense to the notion that we are the so-called "trolls" here, simply because we take Christianity seriously. Ok, so we're not the Joel "God-gives-me-anything-I-ask-for" Osteen church. We aren't the wishy-washy Episcopalian church. Why does that get us labeled as "trolls"?

We take great pains to back up our views with the Bible. And sure, maybe we don't trot out the tried-and-true "John 3:16" references for everything, and maybe we don't focus entirely on the feel-good verses, but isn't that what makes us more legitimate than the Joel Osteens of the world?

We are true, Bible-believing, rapture ready Christians. We love Jesus with all of our hearts, and strive to follow the Bible in its entirety. If you find that absurd, then I would posit that you have a problem with Christianity itself. Is that true?

All this is to demand a modicum of respect from you while you are on our forums. We put in a great deal of work to preach the Gospel to the lost, and we ask only that you keep an open mind and receive the Bible the way God intended, and not the saccharine-sweetened version that Joel Osteen et al. spew every week. This may come as a shock to you, as there may be parts of the Bible that you aren't familiar with, so please try to keep a supple mind. We are here to educate you, and to help you along the path to know Jesus, not the cartoon character peddled by so many feel-good "christians" (note the small 'c').

I see noting wrong with the Bible(KJV) but in all honestly i dont think Jesus grind-ed on hookers back in the day. Asking a question in any means is no disrespect.

How do you know what Jesus did or did not do? The Bible doesn't recount every single of His majestic deeds. If you would read the Bible instead of trying to find fault with it, you'd KNOW that.

(John 21:25) "And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen."
