Yes! Pray for non-violence and charity for everybody in 2015

Yes! Happy New Year from Harsha! I had a nice party with friends and I was a bit tipsy, heh-heh... Bad karma. But I am fixing it, yes. Yes. I am thinking, this can be a happy year but if we are not fighting for it it will be a miserable year,yes it will. Jaina Sutras II 2 say "The (living) world is afflicted, miserable, difficult to instruct, and without discrimination. In this world full of pain, suffering by their different acts, see the benighted ones cause great pain." We are all seeing that this is true. So I have been choosing some issues that everybody here agrees on. Yes, important issues. Everybody can pray according to her faith and the good-will can produce an aura of benevolence that will be penetrating into the hearts of world leaders. Yes, it will.

1. Pray for non-violence in Middle East, Ukraine and the US police force. Ask the leaders to look at the faces of the common people and see their pain. Ask for the common people to put down all arms. Yes.

2. Pray for charity in South America, Africa and Asia and Eastern Europe and for the poor trailerpark people of the US. Give your surplus to them to buy clothes and food. Yes.

3. Pray for our sisters the animals and plants. Let us not abuse them unnecessarily. Let more people choose the vegan dish two times every week. We have enough for everybody but we are gathering too much for ourselves. Yes.

4. Pray for married men and women for chastity after their first son is born. That way there will not be too many babies to feed and there will be more love for everybody. Yes.

5. Pray for your own leaders. I am praying for the UK leaders to be compassionate and accepting to newcomers and welcome them and not to close our borders. Yes.

6. Pray for wisdom and strength to say yes to everybody. Yes.

It is important to say yes, to say welcome. Romans epistle chapter 10 says it, too: "But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world."

We can pray that people stop retaliating and take the blows and forgive. President Putin has been saying that he did no wrong because the US does the same things. Yes. He is right, they do. Yes, Mrs. Lytton-Vasey. You are much older than I am and wiser. Of ccourse you are right. Yes. When I am eating plant foods I am consuming a sibling. Some of the foods are prepared by the plants to be consumed, the fruit and seeds But we should not cook them to give the seeds a chance. Apples, oranges and things like that are given to us by our plant siblings and the fruiting bodies of mushrooms. I am thinking, the roots and stems are more problematic. It is sad. Yes. I am making choices all the time and my choices cause violence. But I am also thinking that if I perished by starving that would bring terrible grief and deep sadness for those who love me. Yes. Yes, I know I am upsetting people with the "yes", I really am. I am thinking that you don't understand what it is to say "yes to everything". It is not to accept but to acknowledge the presence.
