Re: Pray Once Again for my Father to Die

Just tell me how to delete my profile and whoever said I was going to hell and I'm a special snow flake-- wow, I didn't know you decided who went to hell and heaven, please tell me more about how I am going to burn in hell.

It's another example of a person who denies their sin. People like you are always caught with their pants down in sin. Jesus sees this even if you don't.

I don't know your heart at all, nor do I care. I read your words and assume they reflect what you believe. I do know the Word of God, however. It would appear as if you are not so familiar with the very source of the faith you profess to believe in.

You don't, dear. You will forever serve as example of the kind of ridiculousness you liberals pass off as Christianity. The gaping holes in your logic, the absurdity of your beliefs, the ignorance of your faith will all serve as an example of What Not To Be for years and years to come.

      Glory!

Hello, my name is Mary. I hope to fellowship with you! That is, unless you don't listen to church authority (Deuteronomy 17:12); are a witch (Exodus 22:17); are a homosexual (Leviticus 20:13; Romans 1:24-32); or fortuneteller (Leviticus 20:27) or a snotty kid who hits their dad (Exodus 21:15); or curses their parents (Proverbs 20:20; Leviticus 20:9); an adulterer (Leviticus 20:10); a non-Christian (Exodus 22:19; Deuteronomy 13:7-12; Deuteronomy 17:2-5;Romans 1:24-32); an atheist (2 Chronicles 15:12-13); or false prophet (Zechariah 13:3); from the town of one who worships another, false god (Deuteronomy 13:13-19); were a non-virgin bride (Deuteronomy 22:20-21); or blasphemer (Leviticus 24:10-16), as God calls for your execution and will no doubt send you to Hell, and I have no interest developing a friendship with the Spiritually Walking Dead.

They don't decide, God does (according to the Bible). What they do, is read the Bible, see what it really says, and inform others of those facts.

And the facts are that the Bible says God will send you to Hell for not knowing what the Bible says (and obeying everything in it, 100%, see James 2:10).

It's all the more surprising, Didymus, coming from someone who claims to be a Christian, because the word sought appears more than 120 times in the Bible (KJV 1611). Even you probably know that!

You'd think this young lady would have looked up the unfamiliar word the first time she came across it in Genesis. Otherwise, how would she understand the Bible and how could she claim to be a Christian?

Re: Pray Once Again for my Father to Die

First, an update. Mother called to tell me that Dad is doing fine and is responding well to his "new treatment."

                  New.

That means something came about RECENTLY that hadn't been tried before. Something that was probably the result of prayer. Anyone want to confess about praying other than how I directed?

So obviously this is God's will and I accept His sovereignty and omniscience. Glory to Your Name, Lord. <sigh>

And to the unsaved trash who dares to question the motives of a Child of the King: Poof! Be off with you. I would like nothing more than to see you repent of your haughty uppity vanity, but it appears you have a reprobate mind. Lesbianism is your next step, I'm afraid.

And on that topic, one does not "commit" homosexuality. One "chooses" homosexuality, then "commits" homosexual acts. While I cannot fathom why a man would choose such a dreadful and despicable lifestyle - one that is fraught with death and warts and bad teeth due to the acid found in the male fluid of procreation - I can, at least, appreciate (as Brother Jim Farmer and I learned in South America) their dedication to excellence while performing abominable abuses on one another.

It appears you have chosen to leave our fellowship, Starburster or whatever your name was. I shall pray for you and then shake the dust off my feet. Know, however, that my prayers are powerful and effective, and you will be under the watchful gaze of Jesus from this point. His Spirit will draw you to Him, and you WILL find yourself on your knees, begging forgiveness. It might be soon or it might be too late - but it will happen. I hope you choose the timeframe wisely.

As a certified equine gnathologist and future Ph.D. in creation science, I happen to know that the Glorious Appearing of our Savior will not be pleasant for those whose names are not written in His Book of Life. You might want to see if the Lord will scribble yours in there pretty soon.

                  COME, LORD JESUS! (Revelation 22:12)

It is in no way 'ok' for your daughter to get raped. It has significant implications when it come to getting her married which may adversely affect the dowery her father receives. This is why the raper should do the responsible thing and marry her: imagine the insult to her father if he did not

Even more significantly Deuteronomy 22:23-24 is very clear that both the raper and the rapee are to be put to death if the woman is raped with a city and this obviously renders the father no financial recourse, whatsoever (I'm sure you can agree, this IS a serious matter).

Not exactly fair, would you not agree?

As the father is due fair recompense if one of his girls is raped (Deuteronomy 22:28-29) the fact that his daughter was raped and possibly justly killed (see above) he is down a significant amount of monies.

So you see rape is serious financial matter.

Rebuking us in the name of Christ is useless. We are True Christians(tm) who know the Bible backwards and forwards. Armed with this Truth(tm), we have no fear of your imaginary relationship with the fluffy bunny Christ that exists only in your mind.

That's interesting. By that logic, Jesus is throwing these "precious lives" into the fiery pits of Hell because they don't believe His story. These are thought crimes essentially, and punishment lasts for eternity. If these souls are so precious, you'd think Jesus would be all torn up about it and, I don't know, being omnipotent and all, He'd do something about that. But He doesn't. He not only doesn't close down the entrance to the pit of Hell, He warns people that most of them are going (Matthew 7:21; Matthew 5:17; 19)! Furthermore, He shows us He has absolutely no ethical qualms about this (Luke 16:19-31). How, pray tell, do you get the idea that every life is precious in His eyes without resorting to identifying Him as a Sociopath?

Why do you fight the very faith you profess to hold? If by "rude" you mean "warning people of the dangers of not genuinely converting," Jesus was rude.

Good luck with that! God only listens to the prayers of the righteous, and if He wanted us rebuked, we would have been rebuked a long time ago. I scoured my post to you time and again to find where I said this and it simply isn't there. The only thing I said to you that might even be vaguely interpreted as such was the following:

It appears you have chosen to leave our fellowship, Starburster or whatever your name was. I shall pray for you and then shake the dust off my feet. Know, however, that my prayers are powerful and effective, and you will be under the watchful gaze of Jesus from this point. His Spirit will draw you to Him, and you WILL find yourself on your knees, begging forgiveness. It might be soon or it might be too late - but it will happen. I hope you choose the timeframe wisely.

Let me interpret this statement so your reprobate mind will comprehend it. In a very simple breakdown, this paragraph means that it looked as if you chose not to post here any further. I then stated my intention to pray for you, but I wasn't going to worry about it. This is Biblical (Matthew 10:14). Because God hears my prayers, He WILL answer them. This means that indeed Jesus will be watching you. The Holy Spirit will move on you to accept Him, or you will reject Him. Those are your only choices. Still with me? I then mention that if it happens too late, you'll still be on your knees because the Lord will punish the unrighteous. Look anywhere in your Bible and it won't be hard to find that. I'm not doing all the work for you. I then - in the spirit of True Christian™ love, state that I hope you choose to accept Him and be on your knees before it's too late. He comes quickly (Revelation 22:12).

Now, if you will show me in my post where I said what YOU said, I will fall on my face and let this congregation stone me to death.
