My understanding is that France is currently suffering an invasion of pesky insects? Which, for whatever reason, organize and attack only on weekends? (Taking the "weekend warrior" expression to a whole new level!) 
I see, sort of like our fluffy bunny liberal false Christians, who prefer to believe in some sort of hippie free-love-for-all deity, rather than in the True God of the Bible. These people prefer to ignore most of the Bible rather than accept that God's jealousy, vengeance, and hate are stronger than His love:

Let's just put it this way: while the Gospels do talk about Jesus eating and drinking, they never mention Him pooping. So that settles it, Jesus did not pee nor poop! Otherwise, Catholics and Orthodox would have already came up with an image of "Virgin Mary changing diapers," and would claim to have relics of the Holy Poop in their churches.
